This was a perfect addition to my layered necklaces. Super strong magnet, keeps them from twisting and tangling on your neck. The only downside would be that the magnet is so strong on the entire clasp. That part of your necklace excess can get stuck to it. Otherwise great product.

I bought a really cute necklace set from Amazon - three necklaces, all different lengths to be worn in that trendy cascade effect. I used my OHINGLT Layered Necklace Clasp with magnetic closure and I can tell you putting on necklaces is a breeze. Even necklaces that are shorter than I would feel comfortable to close the old-fashioned way. What a difference this little device makes!
Be sure when you match up the two bars that the pegs line up with the holes. It is really secure when the pegs fit in the corresponding holes on the other bar.
Removing the necklaces just requires a gentle tug and the bars come apart. They are quite secure even if you accidentally pull on one of the necklaces. It needs to be intentional.
I recommend this product for its ease of use, for its security, and for its ingenuity.

I loved this! after I finally got my necklaces looking perfect, it broke :_( the magnet came out of one side came out. The necklaces on there are special to me so I don't want to glue it and risk it falling off me and losing the necklaces.

Creates a tangled mess

I wanted to love this. The problem is, the clasp is magnetic and it gets all of your chains crumpled up as they are sticking to the magnets. Also, the actually clips/clasps are tiny and super hard to open and get your chains connected to. This is sooooo close to being brilliant, but the magnet ruins it.

It is not nickel-free!

It claims to be nickel-free, however after a few days of wearing it (taking it off at night and for showers) it caused a reaction that quickly spread across the back of my neck. While I might be more sensitive than most to nickel, it is definitely not nickel-free as it claims.
However, if this is not a concern for you, it did work very well. The magnets are very strong, so it never came undone, and it layered necklaces easily. The clasp itself tended to slip around, but I assume it is because it is quite heavy.
