This is the second blanket I'm making out of this yarn (the first was 70x90 inches and this will be a similar size). It's very easy to work with using either a 9 or 10mm crochet hook. The blanket comes out heavy and warm. The yarn washes well and holds up to dogs and humans sleeping with the blanket every night. I will keep buying Bernat blanket yarn to make these heavy blankets.

I am using it on a 6mm hook, shell stitch.
So far it is pretty sturdy, no shedding, and it is nice and soft. Fairly hefty.

This yarn is perfect, my friend crochets and she was able to use both skeins to make a giant blue peep! The yarn is incredibly soft and the color blue is very vibrant. Quality is great and will definitely hold up.

This was the second time I purchased this yarn. There is nothing I don't like about it. Great colors, soft but med. firm ( not limp)
Great blankets of any size...oh my the slippers. Will be back for more that for sure.

Love this brand and this style of yarn is so soft. I was almost finished with a oversized throw blanket I was crocheting and I couldn't locate this yarn at any of the stores near me. Amazon for the win! Highly recommend.

I’m a knitter. Have been since I was 11 (and I’m now in my 50’s). Bernat is one of my favorite companies to buy my yarn. This yarn is amazing!! It’s easy to use (though I would NOT recommend this yarn to Newbies) Its a thick and kinda furry yarn and if you’re new to the craft, you WILL get frustrated-sorry. Because of the nature of this yarn, it’s difficult to see what you’re doing. I usually tell my friends who are new to knitting to choose their THICK yarn from Lion’s Brand. But if you’re an OG knitter/Crocheter, this yarn is SO YUMMY!!

Very easy to use and the end result came out perfect! The texture is not as soft as I prefer but the recipient of this turtle was happy. She named him Dante.
