About this item

I once lived a fairly quiet existence as a math professor. Then Teagan Donahue crashed into my life like a shooting star. Now every day's a holiday, and my very best friend is also the guy I can't stop fantasizing about.

The guy I'm madly in love with.

The guy I'm ready to turn down my dream job for.

But the statistical probability of a man like Teagan wanting his shy, nerdy roommate as more than a friend is incredibly low, and if I have to choose between having everything else I've ever wanted and having Teagan in my life... well, I know which one I'll pick, every time.

Then one night on a crowded dance floor, I'm suddenly faced with a probability I've never let myself calculate: what if I don't have to choose at all?

5.0 out of 5 stars A well-written, interesting, and informative addition to May Archer's "Sunday Brothers" series

I bought and read books 1-3 in May Archer's "Sunday Brothers" series months ago, but somehow missed book #1.5, due to the Kindle app filing it three books further down than the final #3...
Thankfully, it can be read as a standalone novella, and I really liked it - it makes me want to re-read the series, however I have a strict policy of not reading books again for at least eighteen months later (preferably two to three years).
Given that I read so many books each year (usually two hundred and fifty to three hundred, at least), my physical library has over twentyfive hundred books, and my digital one has twelve hundred and climbing, I have a steady stream of readable or re-readable books, some of which have been read over five or six times in the past three or more decades...
But I digress - back to "Pick One." It is a classic May Archer novella, full of drama, angst, misunderstanding, humour, and the ever-present HEA.
It is an entertaining and informative addition to the series and highly recommended novella.

4.0 out of 5 stars Too short but very cute

Loved the two main characters and their cute first meeting. Teagan was a hoot and I hated that his family and even his best (debatable) friend tried to get him to tone down his personality. John was a rock for Teagan although I thought it taking a year for them to share their feelings was excessive. Still, this author is one of my favorites and this novella was a fun read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really cute small story

I will admit it took me longer than it should of to realize the connection between them and gage and Knox because I read the first one awhile ago. So I was confused why the main character wasn’t a Sunday but besides the point. It was really short but entertaining, funny and sweet. I loved John and T together and the side characters were really funny too.

Ab enjoyable as it is quick read. You get a beginning, middle, and end, and some heat. Contemporary best friends to lovers romance, with heat, an adorable too-much MC, and a very happy ending.

5.0 out of 5 stars WOW!! So Good!!

Well written story and well developed characters! This book blends in so good with the Sunday Brothers! It should be read before Pick Me of the Sunday Brothers. Teagan is considered overly emotional! He is waiting for the guy that his brother is supposed to have sent to help him move his couch! He had come home early and found his poor, sick boyfriend consoling himself with some little twink! So Teagan was moving out!

3.0 out of 5 stars Silly Sequel

Part of the series, as irreverent as can be, with snark and ridiculous commentary and a thread of a storyline. No drama, a touch of angst and the anticipated positive ending.

I would HIGHLY recommend this book to a friend
