About this item
Who are we? Like you even need to ask. We’re the seven richer-than-sin legacies causing debauchery at the prestigious Astor University in Manhattan.
Some call us spoiled.
Some call us trouble.
But everyone calls us the Park Avenue Princes.
Daire Connery
“The Bad Boy”
I’m not a man of many words. But when I do speak, it usually starts with "F" and ends with "you".
Keep to myself. Don’t let anyone in. That’s how I like it.
That’s usually how everyone else likes it too. My scowl keeps them all away—all except him.
We may both be Park Avenue Princes, but we would never work.
We don’t belong in each other’s real worlds.
He’s too soft for mine; mine’s too harsh for his.
But I can’t stop thinking about him. About those pale grey eyes that see right through me. The ballsy way he gives right back whatever I dish out.
I like that. Respect it.
Want more of it...
Which is why when I find out his ex is bullying him, it makes me want to rip that bastard a new one. Makes me lose my goddamn mind.
Because no one touches Gavin Truitt. No one but me.
Possessive Park Avenue Prince is the fourth stand-alone novel in the Park Avenue Princes world.

I've been waiting for Gavin and Daire's story for a while now, and they did not disappoint at all. These two are like fire and ice. After a breach of trust takes them from being the unlikeliest of roommates to virtual strangers it takes them a while to find their footing again. But an incident with Gavin's ex pours gasoline on an already volatile situation and these two clash with the hottest of sparks.
"I’d never thought of Daire Connery in any way other than the surly bastard with the permanent scowl. But now all I could think about was how damn good that scowl felt against me."
Gavin and Daire are opposites in every way, but together they just fit. I loved how Daire empowered the normally passive Gavin to stand up for himself, and in return, Gavin softened all of Daire's rough edges and really brought out his protective side. Together, they're so passionate and the flames burn so bright between them.
"Daire was holding my hand. My breath caught as our fingers touched, and it was as if the entire world vanished and we were the only two there."
For all the heat and passion between these two, they were also softer and swoonier than I expected. Daire is Gavin's diamond in the rough and Gavin is Daire's beacon of light. They fill the empty spaces in their life and make each other better people. Daire in particular surprised me quite a bit and I adored the way Gavin's steady loyalty brought out the parts of himself he'd pushed down and hid from the world.
"Gavin was the one bright light in a world that had been too dark for too long, and I wasn’t about to let him go, no matter how many self-sabotaging thoughts tried to break through."
These two might just be my favorite Princes, and I enjoyed every second of their story! Though this is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone, and if there's only one book you decide to read from it, then this should be it (though you really should read all of them cause they're all so great!)

Both characters - Daire and Gavin - were made for each other.
I can't wait to read the next book in this series.
Gavin and D turned out to be absolutely perfect for each other. Completely opposite to one another but in a way that makes sense and worked for them. I loved how we got to know Daire more since he’s always been the quietest of the group. The mystery. That protective soft spot he always had for Gavin grew to something so much more intense. The heat between those two was out of this world HOT ????
If you want to read a book with a tough growly man falling head over heels for the soft sweet guy, this is a book you MUST read. Even better, it’s filled with hilarious banter between their best friend’s, some very sweet revenge, and once again, HEAT..this is the book for you. Can be read as a standalone, but why wouldn’t you read the other 3 books in the series?
Then Gavin proceeds to shove and hit (ASSAULT) Daire on multiple occasions.
It just felt wrong and took away from the whole story line of Gavin being abused. The abused became the abuser. I didn’t like that.
Finally, Gavin decides to break the silence and the two have a huge argument that results in a steamy make-out session. Suddenly Gavin is very interested in Daire and pulls out all the stops to get him into bed. Daire tries to ignore the temptation, but when he can resist no longer, he gives in one day before school in the van they have chauffeur them around. Daire tries to make it a one-time thing, but Gavin is having none of that and soon the two men are hooking up regularly.
"Possessive Park Avenue Prince" is a grumpy sunshine story that revolves around the story of two men, Daire and Gavin. Daire is a man who thinks he's too broken and not good enough for love, while Gavin is someone who falls in love easily. Despite Daire's doubts, Gavin is drawn to Daire's rough edges and protective nature. The chemistry between the two characters is palpable, and the spicy scenes are incredibly hot, starting from the very first time they kiss. In my opinion, this book is a perfect addition to the Park Avenue Prince series. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and rate it five stars. It's a must-read for anyone who loves a good romance novel.
