About this item

Gabriel

Theo Coatl was supposed to be just a job.

On paper, my twin and I are recent grads moving into the eccentric artist's mansion for a once-in-a-lifetime internship opportunity.

In reality, Dre and I are spies for our clan—a pair of supes known as Shock and Awe who could melt our enemy's brain as easily as we could extract the intel we were after. Whatever works.

Our mark isn't the only one keeping secrets, and Theo's proximity is… doing things to me. This man could fulfill every dark desire I've buried beneath the surface, things even my twin doesn't know I crave.

Too bad exploring my fantasies isn't part of the plan.

Andre

Gabe and I may have been sent to this hideous McMansion on a mission, but the instant Theo Coatl sashayed into view, our plans changed. At least, mine did.

Wolfy's original instructions were clear—get in Theo's head, get the intel, and get out. But I took our eldest brother's words as more of a suggestion than anything. And my idea is better.

I see the way Theo looks at my twin—like he wants to eat him alive. Never mind that the man is a potentially deadly being of unknown origins or that I want to discipline him so badly I can taste it.

Gabe is the bait. Theo is our prey. If I get to play with the brat before we end him, well, what could be the harm in that?

Theo

It had been so long since I'd enjoyed a proper hunt that I was nearly giddy with excitement. And what delightful prey I've found!

The twins are perfect. Broody angel Gabriel is pretending to resist my advances while practically begging me to take what I want. And Andre is playing his cards close with absolute control—which only encourages me to defy him more. There's nothing I love more than misbehaving.

I do have an agenda here on earth, however—one my interns can legitimately assist me with.

While I can't wait to make a pretty pair of puppets out of these unsuspecting humans, I've decided to at least try to lure them in slowly—really savor the experience—since it will be the death of them in the end.

Enter the Multi-Vers is an MMM romance between a pair of villains and an alien chaos gremlin in a skinsuit. This is not your kid's superhero book. This is Sin City and The Boys having a love child with extra spicy Spideypool and is meant for mature listeners.

The Villainous Things series contains standalone books (each with HEAs) that feature interconnected characters and an overarching plot. You should listen in order.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another hit in the Villainous Things Series!!!

The way this series has me in a CHOKEHOLD. It owns me completely, if I am being totally honest. C. Rochelle gets further into kink here, but the communication is superb! Enter the Multi-Vers has everything you would already expect from a book in the Villainous Things series (hilarious, smutty, kinky, action-packed, characters that would unalive people, characters you would unalive people for) be C. Rochelle takes it even deeper this time. I love the contrasting personalities of the twins. I loved Theo and all his bratty ways. I adored the appearances by The Rabble. I loved how so many more things in the series were expanded upon! The last bit of the book is where all the revelations are, and honestly, I am so happy so many doors were left open for spin offs because I can't get enough of this wonderful world (worlds?) that she has created. I have said it before, and I'll say it again, C. Rochelle is a magician. Check your triggers, buckle up, and enjoy the ride! ????????????????

Woof. This series really took a turn into a whole different ballgame. I love the style of writing. It's funny, intriguing, and wild. The bast two books really got away from the beginning plot of the series, and I don't know how I feel about that.

This book legit BLEW my mind. I was ravenous to finish the book so I did it in one day. Which I usually like to take a day or two to ARC read for reviews. Even hubby was shocked I read it so fast.
It absolutely blew my mind how perfect this book was. It had everything I think the series was missing. We've seen a lot of family dynamics, drama, world problems in books 1-3. So when you get into book 4 you feel like you have an understanding of whats what and how the book is going to form and end.

    HAHA.
    No you don't!

The build up in the book was so expertly crafted and seamless that I didn't realize what was ahead.
I love our little trio dynamic & they mesh together so perfectly. We finally get to see inside the twin's heads and their own personalities. We also get a better glimpse of their family trauma and their relationships to their siblings. I LOVE that Gabe finally gets to be himself without fear. His relationship with Theo is sweet sugar. It's sweet, gooey and free. While the chase between Dre and Theo is hot as fire and frustrating lol. Having these two extremes makes the throuple equal out perfectly. After all, polar opposites attract and even out ( Gemini here!).
The entire conclusion to the book was.... jesus out of left field. When I say you don't really understand whats going on.... it's true.
The Twin's Gallery scene was UTTER chaos. Pure and true chaos. But it was so well written you knew exactly what each character was doing, what was happening, who was explaining what, etc. The author dances in chaos and this scene could have gone horrible in a million different ways. But it was PERFECT for this book.
From timelines, characters and plot lines, everything lined up perfectly. I was so invested I couldn't put the book down.
I don't know how you keep writing better and better books for this series.
But I WILL sob when we know it's the end.

I don’t even know how to describe how much I love this! I could say I’m here for the plot but Hello! Twin sammich! But the plot has been great in this series. I do love The Rabble though!

I loved the ending of this series! Gabe, Dre, and Theo are perfectly psychotic, and their dynamic works (despite how unconventional it may be). We haven't really seen the twins in the previous books so getting to know them was fun and that codependency is just top notch. Theo being a maximist is also perfect and I love how he was so unapologetic with his desires and wants. The campiness in this book and the entire series JUST WORKS and it's so so good!

Do you ever read the first book of a series and think to yourself "it's going to be d*mned hard for this series to go up from this perfection!"? Well, Not All Himbos Wear Capes will make you think that. Then you'll read Gentlemen Prefer Villains. Then you'll read Putting Out For A Hero. "Surely," you'll say, "there's no way she can do it again!!"

And then, C. Rochelle does it again.

This????book????broke????me???? (And then put me back together a little bit better than how I started).

The overarching story that was threaded through the first three books is wrapped up (and the pesky timeline overlap between POFAH and Multi-Vers is perfectly done), and mysteries are solved, but not without sevvvveral bombshell???????????? moments along the way.

I screamed. I yelped. I cried. I cackled. I choked on my freakin' toothpaste! Then I immediately went back and read the whole series again! I literally do not understand how C. is able to make these characters so tangible, and how she can so consistently WRECK ME. ????????

Enter the Multi-Vers is ✨️everything ✨️ your Villainous little heart could hope for!!
✨️Our gorgeous twins ????who have been waiting in the wings
✨️An eons old maximalist chaos-mongering alien????
    ✨️Gabe's subby awakening (with a somno asleep-ening????)
✨️Dre brat taming (he finally found an unbreakable brat????)
✨️Really, really, really dark grey morally grey shenanigans
✨️An absolute roller-coaster- no, theme park???? of emotions
✨️ So much crazy hot shmex ????

    It allllso has
✨️A stuuupid huge age gap that actually makes sense????
✨️Twin sammich with no 'cest and a filling made of pure pandemonium ????????????
    ✨️Responsibly irresponsible and informed k!nk
✨️More. Just more everything (Theo doesn't only apply maximalism to his decorating).
✨️Introductions for adventures yet to come!

I think, at this point, most of what I think/feel about Enter the Multi-Vers is impossible to articulate. I'm still in my feels (especially since new art prints dropped and wrecked me all over again????). Basically, if you're wondering whether or not to read this series, just doooo it! Trust.
