    The drama was delicious! The main characters are unique and intriguing. The imagery was great. And the emotion in the more dramatic parts was very moving. It’s fiction but I still cried a couple tears! The spicy bits were fun and inventive. Easy read. Enjoyable read. Couldn’t put it down! Read in a day. Will definitely check out more Clare Lydon books!

    This was such a cute book. I like that it was an easy read as well that I could take it in across multiple sittings and pick up right where I left off. The characters were fun, had their own definite hang ups and quirks. I always find it hard to locate good stories with characters who identify as lesbian so this was enjoyable and a good find. Reading fiction like this that doesn’t dramatize being lesbian and coming out as the plot of the story is always a good find as well.

    Abby is getting married to Marcus and he is who she should marry. He even hired a professional bridesmaid. What nobody knows is Abby is having doubts. Enter Jordon who listens to Abby's heart. Her job is to relieve the stress of a mother in law who doesn't thinks Abby is good enough, a job she hates and a wedding she isn't sure she wants. The one thing no one expected was love that would grow between Abby & Jordon.
    Once I started this story I had trouble putting it down. The main characters had such a good connection from their first meeting. An easy friendship with the tension of sparks when they touched. As they planned the wedding, kept the demanding in law at bay, they could not stop how they felt about each other. The ending was right out of a cliche book but a fantastic, emotional ride I loved. To be so wealthy you can afford a professional bridesmaid was a fun concept. The irony that you can't buy a perfect wedding is not lost. It was an intense story that was both fun and so beautifully written. I loved the characters who were the wedding party. The dialogue was hot and very lusty at times. There we lots of surprises and fun moments all the way to wedding day. It was a story that will thug your heart as you watch women takes courage for the life they want.

    Abby is about to get married to the one and only Marcus Montgomery. With so much on her plate, her dear future husband hires the best fake bridesmaid around, Jordan. The rest you'll just have to read about ;)

    This story was THE BEST. Absolutely satisfying to read. I loved the steamy scenes in the book (only 3 and done tastefully in case anyone's wondering). I also LOVED and was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the ending. I was rooting for my girlies the whole time. I'm so glad I found this book!! I highly recommend it to everyone who is in dire need of an EXCELLENT sapphic novel. At only $1, please give this story a chance. I promise you will NOT regret it.

    I meant that in the best way. These two keep getting in their own way and it’s adorable, in a nails on a chalk board sort of way. Definitely fun. Give it a go!

    I really enjoyed this. It had the potential to amaze me, though. It didn't because I felt like some crucial moments of the main characters' relationship were... less intense than what was leading up to it made me expect. I would've loved to see a more intimate scene between them before the wedding day took place; something to strenghten even more Abbys feelings for Jordan and vice versa. The plane thing, I just think it was rushed and didn't make them justice. Also, I would've liked to see the best friend or the mother notice a bit earlier that Abby wasn't happy with the wedding. They could've supported Abbys decision in a more solid way, storytelling wise.
