Whether you’re a real estate agent or in any other service business, this book is must read. I was on the fence about whether or not to read this book thinking it would just be more of Never Split the Difference, which I also loved. But I’m so glad I made the time and took the effort to read it and.I can’t wait to start practicing tactical empathy immediately.

This book is counterintuitive to what agents are taught, and that’s a good thing. Agents die on their sword over deals all the time, this book will change that.

If you're a real estate agent, you probably spend a lot of time in your car. You can listen to the whole book in one or two days while you're out in the field, and even if you're not totally tuned in, you'll still get some gold. This book is in-line with Mr. Voss' other teachings but may very well differ from what you've previously been taught in the past by industry coaches. I just finished the book on Audible and decided to listen to it again right away. Planning to do this one in book club in my office too ... highly recommend!

While the book itself was good and had some solid arguments for agents to consider, it was basically summarized completely by the “key takeaways” at the end of every chapter.

So many amazing takeaways. I’ve always enjoyed Chris’s strategies and hacks. This book specifically speaks to my industry, which is in dire need of a upgrade. So many mediocre players racing to the bottom this book gives a professional a framework to rise above that.
