About this item

Who are we? Like you even need to ask. We’re the seven richer-than-sin legacies causing debauchery at the prestigious Astor University in Manhattan.

Some call us spoiled.

Some call us trouble.

But everyone calls us the Park Avenue Princes.

Travis McKinney.

“The Outrageous One.”

Act like a player, dress like a player, be a player. In my opinion, these are fantastic life goals. I have no idea why my parents think I have no direction.

I’m the fun one. Easygoing. A massive flirt. I get along with just about everyone, except ...

Caleb Reeves.

Also known as “the Bane of My Existence.”

He’s everything I’m not: focused, effortlessly sexy but straight, and an ex-Park Avenue Prince. Or the “Pricks,” as he likes to call us now.

Our rivalry is legendary. Putting us within a hundred feet of each other is just asking for trouble. But no one other than the two of us knows why or how it began, and we plan to keep it that way.

The unspoken agreement is that Caleb keeps to his side of the city, I keep to mine, and we avoid each other at all costs.

Which would be great, except we have to see each once a month at family dinner.

Because Caleb isn’t only my arch-nemesis, he also happens to be ... my stepbrother.

Salacious Park Avenue Prince is the fifth stand-alone novel in the Park Avenue Princes world.

I can not get enough of this series. With each release, it keeps getting better and better which just makes me love the whole thing that much more. I will be so sad to see this series come to an end. From the very beginning, I was so intrigued to find out what the story was with Caleb and later, his connection with Travis. Their story was everything I wanted it to be: funny, sweet, steamy, and full of amazing banter. I adored Travis for his vulnerability that he hides behind innuendo and bravado. Caleb was equally amazing once we got past his scowl. And of course all the princes and their partners make several appearances and bring their usual brand of chaos. This story was a delight and exactly what I’ve come to expect with this amazing series.

Caleb and Travis were once the best of friends, not that anyone would know that today. The fact that they are step brothers is something that most at Astor hardly remember anymore. Once as thick as thieves, they can hardly stand to be in the same room anymore. They stick to their own sides of the city and try to stay as far away from each other except when they have to suffer family dinners once a month. What they didn’t see coming is their parents surprising them with an ultimatum…

This step-brothers, enemies to lovers story was a binge read for me and was so hard to put down. I adored finally getting to know more about Caleb and digging into why these two despised each other. It did not come as a shock to me to know that there was so much more behind the whole situation and their journey from friends to enemies to lovers was well worth the wait for their story. It delivers everything I’ve come to expect from this series and now that only one prince remains, I'm not sure I’ll be ready to give up this series yet. I can only guess what will come next for Easton and I can’t wait.

I've never really gotten into the whole step brothers trope HOWEVER, Ella and Brooke had me at book one of this series and so when we finally got a little taste of exactly who Travis and Caleb are to each other, I could not help it but devour this story in one sitting!  I couldn't wait to get it and I did and I'm singing a different tune to the whole step brothers trope, I hope to read more but that's another day.  Travis and Caleb go from childhood friends to step brothers to enemies to can't stop thinking about the other, good or bad, that they're now lovers.  Throw in the force proximity and oh my goodness!  Recipe for disaster or for something salacious?  Well,  another amazing story written for the Park Avenue Princes series, I'm actually sad it's almost over but I cannot wait for East and the cameos from the other PAPs.  You do get your HEA, the undeniable chemistry and lots of steamy moments!  I recommend Salacious and highly recommend this series!  I enjoyed every page! Happy reading all!

Finally, we get Travis and Caleb. This has been a long time coming for me to see what the issues with these two were since Book 1. It certainly did not disappoint. I love these two just as much as the other couples. And boy am I ready for East… I know it’s going to be an interesting one.

"Caleb Reeves was the bane of my existence, and from the moment he’d stepped into my orbit, fate had decided to turn on me."

Travis and Caleb have been teasing us since book one. Every interaction and longing glance just made me more intrigued and never would I have guessed just how deep their history goes. I mean, stepbrothers and former best friends? There has never been even a single hint that these two are family, but it explains so much. There really is a fine line between love and hate because no matter how much they tried, these two were always meant to love each other.

"From the day Travis and I had met, it seemed our destinies were entwined. I’d done my best over the years to untangle myself from his web, only to find myself again ensnared in it."

When their parents force them to live together, all the feelings they'd buried as teenagers are brought up to the surface. Putting them together in the same space just meant that all that tension kept building and building until something had to give. And when that pressure finally burst and their secrets came to light, there was nothing stopping them from finally being together in the hottest of ways.

"We fit together so perfectly, like two pieces of a puzzle that had been pushed around and forced to merge with different parts, when all one needed was the other."

The only thing that I would have changed was the amount of miscommunication that was happening here. I get that they were teenagers when things changed, but for years these two just went on thinking that the other person hated them and it took them being forced into the same space together to actually talk about things and see how wrong their assumptions were. But I did like the parallels between the past and the present. The back and forth between the two timelines worked really well and I liked experiencing that as they did.

“You’re the wilder, crazier half of me I can’t live without."

The Prince's are just as bold and meddlesome as always and I loved how they welcomed Caleb back to the fold like he never left. Every interaction with East just made me more excited for his book and while I'm so sad that it's the last one in the series, I can't wait to read his story! This series has been so fun. It's like reliving my days of binge watching teen dramas, and if you haven't started this series yet, you need to do it asap. The Park Avenue Prince's know how to show people a good time and I've loved going on this journey with all of them!

I usually enjoy Frank and Blaine as authors, their books are amazing, but not this one. This story fell flat. These entitled, geocentric, spoiled, and mega-rich characters don't do it for me. I'll still read the next book in the series, but I hope someone doesn't read this book as these authors first book because this is honestly not their best work. It doesn't compare with the excellence of The Temptation Series, The Fallen Angels Series, and The PresLocke Series. I really hope for the next book to be less hollow and have more likable characters.
