About this item
Tyrant Mercer doesn’t grant wishes. He collects debts, and he’s here to claim me.
All I wanted was my baby brother back from the man who stole him away. My family is in Tyrant’s debt, a man they hate, and they disown me when the devil’s eyes stray to me. Now there’s nothing and no one to protect me from the cruel man who runs this city from the shadows.
But Tyrant’s not going to drag me away by my hair just yet. He’s going to torment me first.
Tyrant demands that I play his twisted games. He thinks I’ll crumble for his amusement, but I’m carrying a secret that’s bigger than both of us. A secret that’s now in the hands of the worst man possible.
All he craves is me. All he demands is everything. Tyrant will give me everything I’ve ever wanted—all I have to say is I wish…
But a wish is a curse when it’s granted by the devil himself.
Author’s note: Fear Me, Love Me is a standalone MF romance with dark themes, forced breeding, somnophilia, an age gap, a jealous and possessive alphahole, and a sweet but strong virgin heroine. The story is dirty and delicious, so please listen at your discretion. Please be aware that this book contains depictions of cutting and self-harm.

The MFC is definitely not the King of Goblins and the Heroine is not Sara.
Some weird kinks due to FMC’s emotional issues (from past trauma) and I am used to dark and depraved ;-).

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful

4.0 out of 5 stars Fast Dark Read

If you are looking for perfect editing this is not it. Does a side characters name change at the end of the book. Yes. Do I care? Meh.
I am a bit confused as to why it was broken up to a now then now format. I feel like it could have been chronological but I don’t think it took away from the book. I like a bit more conflict in a dark romance and I wonder if it was chronological we could have had a bit more of Vivienne’s background from the beginning but maybe I’m thinking that was the intention to find out more details later.
I wasn’t expecting the betrayal at the end for either party so that was surprising.
Overall this was a 3.5 for me for plot and the spice was dark and spicy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tyrant and Vivienne.

5.0 out of 5 stars My dark little heart could not get enough of this Labyrinth retelling!
What I adore about this book is seeing the various sides of the characters. Their raw and emotional side but also that dark and depraved side that helps them survive. There are a lot of high stakes throughout this book. My heart ached with Vivienne because of everything she has had to endure in her young life. Seeing how the Tyrant became the twisted boss of the underworld of this town will leave you speechless. But that connection between these two is so powerful. It is raw, passionate and honestly, animalistic. Tyrant is one of those guys you love to hate, however you cannot help but be drawn to ALL the red flags he is waving loud and proud.
One thing that is heavy in this book is what the author has said in the triggers etc in regards to mental health. You get to see Vivienne in the raw, meaning all of her pain and what she does to ease her pain. So please heed the warnings for this story. But one thing to remember is Vivienne is a fighter no matter who she is up against. Regardless of their backgrounds, Tyrant is 100% made for her no matter the age difference and all the twisty goodness that comes in the Tyrant Mercer package. I cannot get enough of this story so excuse me while I go for a reread!
