    Love this book! Alot of real estate investment books are full of fluff and redundant information. Henry give real world advice that investors run into along with real examples. I also love the mindset tidbits also. It's a tough business, but books like this make it seem doable and keeps you moving forward. 10 STARS!

    I've been following Henry Washington since he started hosting BiggerPockets "On The Market" podcast. I've even had the chance to connect with him in person a bunch of times and he's truly the person he seems on the podcast - caring, giving, wise, and funny! Now, after reading his book, I can see why he has been so successful with real estate investing. He understands that real estate is a relationship business and he conveys that clearly in Real Estate Deal Maker. Not only does he teach us readers how to build those relationships but he also shares his systems and processes for turning those relationships into win-win deals. I can easily give this book a 5 star rating because I don't know how he could have written a better guide for building wealth with real estate...and leaving a positive impact on the world in the process.
