Bigger Results with Less Marketing
You keep being told to do more marketing—more complex, more aggressive, and more expensive marketing. Chasing the latest bright, shiny object is exhausting. Increased efforts keep leading to disappointment. The overwhelm for entrepreneurs, marketers, and business leaders is real. There’s a better way.
The lean movement has transformed manufacturing and is now revolutionizing marketing. Small, medium, and large businesses are getting bigger and better results with less marketing.
In this audiobook, you’ll discover:
· Why many existing marketing techniques have stopped working and what to do instead.
· The exact tools and tactics you need to build a devastatingly effective marketing system.
· How to win with a simple, structured, and systemized approach rather than failing with random acts of marketing.
· How to pivot from bloated, ineffective, and wasteful marketing activities to ones that compel prospects to take action.
· How to create a strong product-market fit so that your target market intensely desires what you have to offer.
· How to do marketing you’ll be proud of that works without hype, scams, or pressure.
· How to build a strong brand that creates goodwill and attracts ideal customers.
Lean Marketing is a follow-up to the international bestselling phenomenon, The 1-Page Marketing Plan.
Stop trying to outshout the other guy. Stop blunt-force conventional marketing tactics that annoy, interrupt, and repel. Stop wasting time with theoretical claptrap that doesn’t work in the real world. Get immediate traction by implementing lean marketing.
Top reviews from the United States
The book lays out clear, actionable steps for building an effective marketing system focused on generating leads and sales. Dib covers everything from identifying your target customer and crafting compelling offers, to leveraging content and social proof in your marketing. His direct, no-nonsense style makes the advice easy to understand and apply.
Lean Marketing stands right alongside Alex Hormozi's $100 Million Leads as one of the best modern books on practical marketing for entrepreneurs and small business owners. While $100 Million Leads provides more concrete tactics for lead generation, Lean Marketing gives the strategic blueprint for integrating those tactics into a high-performing marketing machine.
I highly recommend Lean Marketing to anyone looking to grow their business. Dib's lean methodology helped him scale and sell multiple companies, and by following his systematized approach laid out in this book, you will get more from your marketing efforts. This book delivers immense value for any skill level.

My background is in computing, not marketing. I bought Lean Marketing with the intention of understanding marketing at large -- and for actionable insights. Lean Marketing delivers on its promise in an excellent manner!
About the book (from my experience reading it):
* Straight to the point. No fluff.
* Well written.
* Well edited.
* Excellent visuals/figures/illustrations.
* Provides actionable insights. I underlined many, many lines and scribbled notes in the margins.
And more:
In addition to delivering insightful gems, the book also delivers lines that are genuinely humorous. For instance, page 72 states that "only economists and lunatics believe that people behave rationally." True and funny (to me). Made me chuckle. See also page 276 for another humorous line (something about professional boxing).
Downside:
The only "downside" to this book is the lack of an index at the end, but that is a minor matter. (An index helps readers to quickly locate specific information in a book.) That said, the overall value that Lean Marketing delivers greatly outweighs the lack of an index. In other words, reading Lean Marketing remains a 5-star experience!
So, dear reader, what are you waiting for?
