I bought this on Kindle based on another review stating this was plant-based. I am vegan and do not touch cow's milk or eat animals period. *SIGH* I went directly to the 7-day meal plan and the first thing was the protein shake with whey protein, and then I saw the chicken. I can ignore it, but it was written as though the protein shake is vital to the weight loss plan, and zero options for replacing the whey. Consuming animals isn't an option for me. I wasted my money on this one. Bummed.

Do you want to lose weight? Feel better? Eat more? The Full-Body Fax Fix is for you! Packed with facts and easy to read, this organized guide to weight loss and healthier eating by Stephen Perrine will teach you about inflammation, microbiomes and supplements. The basic eating plan he describes consists of three meals and one or two snacks. He lists food to avoid to reduce inflammation as well as food to add to this plant based diet. There’s a seven day plan to kick start healthy meals with a broad selection of recipes. Finally, if you eat in fast food or chain restaurants, Perrine shows you what to order. The Full-Body Fax Fix is well-written, easy to understand and provides a scientific method of weight loss. 5 stars.
