This book is "the overthinker's cleanse". It is a great book discussing overthinking and how to overcome it. Chapter 8 "how anxiety, stress and insomnia link to overthinking" was a very helpful chapter for me. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
