This book helped me with so many issues I’m having right now in my life. So many hurts I’ve had to face. Also, I have a son and family that is estranged from us for 5 years. I really enjoyed the book.

As a new divorcee, it was the most difficult thing to do and gey through it. I am still working through the webs that were weaved. It's not easy but I know that it was the right choice for my mental health and I am better for it. This book showed me another perspective.

I am finally letting go of the trauma of the past and the people who caused the pain. It's a process. The author is candied and often accurately voices the thoughts I've had and expresses the feelings I experienced. If you want freedom from the past, READ the book!
