Great ideas to use regarding the game’s mental aspects. Useful for the avid golfer - not for the beginner.

No lo he terminado pero lo poco que llevo en 1 mes mi juego pasó de jugar basado en el enojo y la arrogancia, a un juego regido por la calma, la estrategia y como dice el autor repleto de felicidad y la mejor actitud en el campo.

An easy read but serves to help introduce joy back into, not just golf, but life. As a person of faith I found this book an excellent fit with a divine view of life’s pursuits. I was introduced to the book by a kicking coach attending a camp with my grandsons. They are both reading the back and are finding it helpful in their pursuit of dreams. While most of Bob Rotella’s examples are from golf not all are and all lessons learned are applicable across the board. I took many of the lessons learned to the course and enjoyed one of the best rounds of golf ever. I emphasize I enjoyed!

I read and didn’t think this would work. The first time I used the philosophy I took 16 strokes off my game. I am blown away.

This book is a quick read and when you finish it you'll probably find you've knocked a couple of strokes off your score just by reading it. I loved it.
