    This book You Are A Channel: Receive Higher Guidance From Higher Realms, Ascended Masters, Star Families And More by Sara Landon has a plentifulamount of spiritually elevating ideas while simultaneously being a metaphorica experience to communicating with a mystical minded friend in life who wants for you toexperience the best that life has to offer via spiritual fulfilment. Meditation and raising personal vibration, a visualization technique to answer certain questions, some of the multiple reasonswhy the author eventually worked her way up to channeling six to 8 hours per week,some of the varied ways to have fun and experience a more wonderful time whilelearning more ways to channel (i.e. learning dance, spending time in nature, listening to preferred types of music, pursuing a passion andor passions etc), mediumship and reconnecting with loved ones, the author explains more of the why she realized and experienced being guided by a greater power and higher intelligence every step of the waywhile orchestrating divine appointments for everyone she was destined to meet on her path, a visualization to feel one's personal spiritual power, the author writes what is meant by light language/cosmic language (chapter 15) and more.
