Leash and swivel is very tight and makes difficult to remove, but you cannot beat the price.

This product is not of good quality. It was tested by the Colorado Emissions Testing Center. I was told that it was the reason for the failure, and was forced to buy another one at NAPA. Unfortunately, I missed the return window by one day. Ugh.

The cap fits nicely and works. The only problem I have is the adapter for the cord. The gas cap cover on my car has a rectangular piece of metal curved up for the cord adapter to connect to. The adapter on the cord is far too wide to fit over the metal hook. I had to enlarge the hole in the adapter so that the sides were narrower in order to fit over the metal hook. It is still not ideal as the adapter often slips off the hook because of the stiffness of the cord.
