My husband's physical therapist recommended we buy this device to assist my elderly and disabled husband in getting in and out of the front passenger seat. I'm so glad we did because he LOVES it.

The device is easy to use. You can attach it in 2 seconds to the u-shaped latch on the inside door frame. Once you're in, just store it in the glove compartment. It's sturdy, well-made, and very affordable. It gives my husband a greater feeling of safety and support when he gets in and out of the car.

My husband purchased this, thinking it could help me getting in and out of the car. (I have some challenges because I have advanced inflammatory arthritis.) I was skeptical when I saw it, but I have to say, the ease of use and the assistance provided is amazing! Although I've been struggling for several years - I've always managed to get in and out of the car by myself, but this gadget makes it almost as easy as before my arthritis appeared. Thank you so much for making such a helpful product!

Great product, but the user needs to be careful not to grip the handle at the end (comfort grip sticks out slightly further than the actual support) and also careful to take their time since the handle doesn't have a secure "fastener": if the user shakes/wobbles it a lot it (to be fair it would take a lot) it may come out during use. I'd definitely recommend this product though....quite sturdy, slides in & out of the latch easily ,and fits in the door panel storage bin...so it's right there when needed.

This looks like a very useful and sturdy device. But in my car, the way the seat and latch lined up, it just didn't work for us. No trouble returning it.
