    Updated - the seller reached out to offer a replacement or refund. Since we already replaced it with a different one locally, we chose a refund. However, they did want to understand where the issue was to be able to fix the product in their end. Customer service is top notch. We will consider this company for future purchases.

    Original - We got our first snowstorm in Colorado this week, and I used this to clean off our cars this morning. After about five minutes use, this snapped right in half, and I had to toss it. Thankfully, I had a few others in the cars that have lasted a few years. Disappointed in this product, and I can’t return it due to having already thrown away all of the original wrapping.

    I didn't look at all of the product specifications before this because I was just looking for a general windshield snow brush. It comes in three pieces, which are easy to clip together. You can adjust the brush to different angles and adjust the height. It also came with a bag to store it in. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems like a pretty sturdy and versatile brush!

    I have to say WOW when I got this one the other day. I never buy anything else and I'm sure I won't have too. Nice bag comes with it. 3 pieces that snap together and just a touch of a button to release them for easy storage. This thing is made turf for the long haul. I wish I had this when I was trucking over the road. Has a long reach for those middle spots when using the Telescopic feature. This would make a great Christmas gift or just because. Can't go wrong here guys.

    I usually try to not write bad reviews but for this product I feel I have to. I bought this scraped because I was looking for something big but compact. Something that would clean off my car but not take up the whole width of my backseat. I found this and was really excited. I bought it in Nov of 2022. During winter 2023 one of the extension pieces broke, leaving me without a scraper, which is not good in the Montana winters. The customer service was amazing though. They sent me a replacement piece and because of that I held back my negative review. But I used it for the first time last week, winter of 2024, and the brush head broke. To some, it breaking 2 times in 2 years might not seem so bad, but I can't afford to keep going without a scraper and brush. Not when I could wake up to a foot of snow or more on any given morning. This thing is definitely not sturdy. Very unimpressed.
