    Both of the scraper heads broke during their first use—once during my use and again during my wife’s use (on separate occasions). We applied normal, reasonable pressure while clearing a light layer of scattered ice from our car windows, and both times the product failed. This highlights serious quality issues, as the scrapers couldn’t handle even minimal use under typical conditions. I cannot recommend this product due to its poor durability and subpar construction.

    I never even used the scraper part that snapped off. I was using two hands to brush two inches of snow off the roof of my car and the scraper broke off half way through the process. It was a first use. I don't think I have ever seen a product perform so badly. I think I will stick to my local hardware store to replace this. This was a total waste of money.

    Snow isn't here yet, but I've never seen a full-size design that takes up so little storage space before! Seems like it will hold up as well or better as any other budget scraper. A lot of designs have the brush start to rotate haphazardly after awhile, but this one locks in place with a metal quick release so I hope it'll avoid that issue.

    The scraper will snap off as soon as you apply the smallest amount of pressure. As seen in the photo my first scraper that I received snapped off the first time I used it, and this replacement scraper that I received that also snapped off the first time I used it. And I was literally the first scrape each time. Amazon should 100% pull this product from their website!
