Huge difference between these and the 5mm thickness. Won’t waste money on the others anymore. These are heavy duty and well worth it.

We used this tarp as the floor for an outdoor pavilion. It was easy to spread out and looked great. It got INTENSE use with mud and water and lots of feet, even women with heels. It held up perfectly. We did lose 1 or 2 grommets but that's understandable given the intense wind. Afterwards we washed with a power washer to remove the mud and it came out pretty darn clean. Can definitely be used many more times. I was really impressed !!

Good quality heavy tarp overall.
Had one grommet pull loose from material which was more my fault then quality control. Used a rachet strap to tighten it up and put one to many cranks on it and it popped the brass grommet out (my bad). Even though it had a "reinforced" corner.
Overall good tarp, got the white for a little extra Sun reflection and it matches my truck!

Only just put this tarp to use, covering a boat for the winter. It looks and feels the same as more expensive brands, but durability remains to be determined. Similar tarps have lasted three winters before shedding plastic "snow" due to UV degradation.

Good quality tarp. Medium duty not heavy duty so measure the good value against how much stress it will take during use. If not heavy stress use, then is is a good tarp at a very good price = GOOD value.

I have a 500 square foot wood deck at the back of my house that gets hammered in the winter with snow and ice. Snow that lands on the deck and snow and water that come off the roof will freeze so the wood is pretty much wet all winter. I think I spend more time repairing the deck than actually using it.

I bought a few of these tarps to hopefully solve or at least minimize the problem. They are thicker than most tarps I've used in the past and there are grommets around the perimeter that allow me to lay the tarp down and tie it to the railing so it doesn't blow away.

So far, so good. I'll see what happens in the Spring.

I'd call this medium duty...NOT HEAVY duty and I used it for something different. I cut it in half so I had two 6' x 16' pieces and I added a bunch of grommets. Then I fastened it to a 2x4 and 4x4 framework for use as a privacy screen. I like the fact that it is black on both sides which for some reason is a hard thing to find around here. The project turned out great. It's been up for a few months now and I like the way it looks. We'll see how well it holds up over the winter.
