    Where I live, it gets absolutely miserable in the summer. I have to travel a lot locally, so being able to protect my vehicle's interior from UV damage is nice but heat reduction is critical. My dashboard sunshield was not enough on its own and I needed something for the side windows. It's not a 100% fix but it definitely keeps the heat down a few degrees and I can even sit in my car for a little bit without turning on the a/c on "nicer" summer days (read: heat index under 110F) between these and the dash sunshield. They would have to be a little bigger to cover more territory on my Honda CRV's windows but they are still big enough to cover most of the glass.

    The biggest thing I have to say is this: you *have* to smooth these things down against your window. You can't just tap them up and go. They cling well when smoothed on but the one time I didn't take the extra two seconds, that shade did fall down. Don't believe the reviews saying they don't cling. That's coming from people who didn't read and are not following the instructions. These are actually easier to put up than my dash sunshield, which takes at least a minute of fine tune adjustments.

    For what these cost, they're very effective and sturdy. I like how dark they get my car. I like that the cling is a bit reflective so people can't see into my car as easily when it's parked. It's been worth every penny and these are not expensive at all!

    We use them on the side windows in our motor home upfront for the driver and passenger windows. They are easy to toss on the window and take off as needed. No suction cups or rolling down the window. They reduce the sun's glare but plenty still gets through which is great for the driver and visability but probably not dark enough for back seat if you want to get it really dark for a child

    These are really clever. They stick on and can be removed easily. I bought them to shade the back seats for my dogs. Photo shown is on a Honda CR-V window. I do wish they were a little bigger and don't feel the description of them being for an SUV is entirely accurate as they would be small for my Mazda CX-9 window...yes, it does give you the dimensions...so I guess people need to measure. What I like is ease of use and it does shade the car. One drawback is that from the driver seat, when looking to the side to check blind spot, it's not very see through for that purpose. I don't know how that would compare to another type shade though..I also don't know how this will hold up over time as I can see if you stick and peel frequently, it may not hold up but I guess time will tell. All in all I think it's worth a try for the price.

    I bought this based on reviews and I was not disappointed. I can see it may not be the right size for all vehicles is the only setback. I personally found them to be a little small for my vehicle but it kept out the light out my face. They work very easy. They stick to the window very well. Follow the directions. You can easily store them away in the sleeve it comes in. I love how it keeps the light out but you can look out clearly and people can see in. I definitely feel it keeps me cooler. It also protects my eyes from the Sun while I am relaxing in my vehicle which helps with headaches. I personally love them and definitely would recommend.

    I like that these stay where you put them, but they're very light. This may be a positive for some and for visibility, but I was hoping for a much darker shade. Do not believe the pictures and how dark they depict the shades being, they're essentially transparent.

    Bought for my kids as they are having issues with sun rays into passenger windows. They look good. 75% of Sun Rays were stopped. My kids really njoy it.

    I am trying to figure out why there would be any bad reviews, other than the fact that someone didn't read the directions. Gone are the days of window shades using Clips or suction cups. These are so easy, and I would say for the most part they would fit any vehicle. We have a Ford Escape in the back windows are pretty big, these cover a good amount of the window and not to mention the price is right. The quality seems extremely durable and it comes with a small travel pouch which I think would be great for travel! The shade itself is extremely durable and provides an excellent level of Darkness while not inhibiting my view.

    These are going to fit a larger sedan than my compact.
    No matter. I pasted them up on my windows anyway. It's the shading I am hoping for.
    I'd rather have these shades than take a chance on tinting my windows. Installation is easy. I am sure these will assist the windshield shades in keeping the car cooler.
    I know they will help keep that hateful hot sun off my driving arm and face. The adhesion worked over and over. They are little too large for subcompact cars, so the fit is squeezed a bit. But they'll work well enough.
