But here's a whole, sordid story: I installed the wipers, but didn't remove the green plastic protectors. And, stupidly, wondered why the plastic protectors slid from side to side! Gawd, what a dope.
Do you know the old saying -- "never trust the customer to read the information"? The instructions are on the box, in clear and concise English, which I totally missed.
I left a scathing review, only to receive a kind message from the manufacturer who watched the now-deleted video I posted, patiently explaining what I did wrong.
Trust that these wipers do a terrific job -- and at a price that matches the Michelin wipers Costco sells.
