Use these on my two (yes - two) Hummer H3 Alphas. One is part of the pre-production build units and the other is one of three built in 2008 with combination of options and off road suspension package). So, a bit finicky on the parts/lubricants etc that I use on/in these.
Both run like new at 14 years old (one having 150k on it) having used K&N oil filters and synthetic fluids from the beginning.

I started using these filters for my LS engine, they are made in the USA and taking off with a wrench is a breeze with their end cap. They work great with synthetic oil.
