If you’re thinking about having a baby, being able to accurately predict ovulation will help you maximize your chances. Every woman is different and even if your cycles are regular, your fertile days are likely to vary cycle to cycle. Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test is proven to help you get pregnant: it is an easy-to-use urine test that accurately tracks a key fertility hormone, luteinizing hormone (LH), which increases rapidly 24-36 hours before ovulation. This means it can identify your best 2 days to get pregnant, the day before ovulation and the day of ovulation. Knowing in advance which days you personally have the best chance of getting pregnant can make all the difference. The Clearblue Digital ‘smiley face’ is the indication you are looking for.
And if you think you might be pregnant, you want to know right away. With Clearblue Rapid Detection Pregnancy Test, a 'Pregnant' (+) result may appear in 1 minute when testing from the day of your missed period. Clearblue Rapid Detection is designed to be the easiest to use home pregnancy test with an extra wide color-changing tip for easy sampling, and an ergonomic curved handle.

Top reviews from the United States
Based on other reviews here, I tried late mornings, then evenings. Still... ZERO smileys.
I was also taking temperature in the morning (but not consistently enough). Generally around day 13/14 my temp would spike and I would realize that I had already ovulated. I wasn't sure exactly when, and anyway, I never saw the LH surge.
Trying to conceive at 40 years old, as you can imagine, means every month counts. I really wanted to find out when my peak fertility days were -- and not AFTER they had already passed.
So I bought Wondfo OPK strip tests -- 50 to a pack. This month I tested daily -- mornings, after work, and before bed -- 3 TIMES A DAY. (I so want to be pregnant!!)
Clearblue is great because it's VERY clear. Happy face = LH surge. Meaning you are in the 24-48 hours before you ovulate (time to get busy). Wondfo test strips are hard to read. You're never really sure if the feint second line is "IT" since the instructions still call that negative.
WELL - it turned out to be great for me to use the bulk tests, because on the day of my LH surge, I saw a feint line on Wondfo in the morning. -- I double checked by also dipping a Clearblue. Clearblue still said negative.
In the afternoon, the Wondfo test line looked ambiguous again. In the evening, I tested again, and the Wondfo test line looked darker, so I used the ClearBlue as a second opinion again, and FINALLY got my smiley!!
(Dang... husband's out of town. But, at least I know how to work this system for next month :)
ClearBlue says if you test at the SAME TIME, every 24 hours, you will catch your LH surge. Not necessarily true -- at least it wasn't true for me. On Day 11, late morning, ClearBlue was negative. Day 12 late morning, negative.
It was only on Day 11, in the evening, that ClearBlue read positive. If I had tried the "same time every day" method, I would only have gotten my smiley if I happened to be testing in the evening.
The point is, Clear Blue is expensive so I don't want to use it 2-3 times a day. But... if you are over 35 and having trouble finding the day of your LH surge, you might NEED to test more than once a day. I suspect maybe the LH surge is not as strong, or doesn't last as long, when you get older? I would have missed it (I DID miss it) when I was testing every 24 hours.
I think buying the bulk Wondfo tests, and watching for subtle changes while testing 2-3 times a day, and then doing a "confirmation" test with ClearBlue is the best thing if you have trouble figuring out when your LH surge happens.
I still like the ClearBlue product, because the confirmation is nice (there is NO mistaking that happy face). But, Wondfo is a good companion product so you can do lots of testing and not feel like you're spending a ton and running out of tests.
