I really like this mat. I like the case it came in. I like the size. I like the pictures. It’s comfy to sit or lay on when playing with the baby. I did not notice any smell but it was sitting out of the box for several months before we used it so it probably wore out. It’s very easy to clean. The mat also has a grip pattern with alphabet and numbers on it on both sides. I often use it still folded in half because it’s plenty of space and less surface to clean.

I bought the smaller mat initially for our family room when baby was 4 months and stationary. Then bought the bigger mat (clouds) when he turned 6 months to go under an adjustable playpen because baby started rolling around and traveling across the room. I love this brand because of the cute designs and the ease of cleaning and folding up. The only complaint is how slippery it is, ie it’s not grippy. When my baby lays on his tummy, he pushes himself backward and slides all over the place. When he’s standing up and walking im sure it’ll be fine but that’s the only “con” of this item. Its so minor that I’m still giving it 5 stars.

I saw a lot of complaints about dog toenails puncturing the mat and I think this is only a big-dog problem. I have a 13-14lb cairn terrier and she walks on the mat all the time and she hasn’t punctured it once.

This is good enough for keeping baby off hard floors. It’s been great for catching baby’s head while he is learning to roll. We use it every day.

It is easy to clean with a wipe, the alphabet texture is cool for him to feel with his little fingers.

It is also very easy to fold and store.

It’s cute and it’s actually reversible with a different image on the back.

I don’t love it though because using baby devices on it causes dents easily. My dogs also run across it and there are little holes all over it. It is still good enough for the price though so I decided to keep it.

I know, it's hard to believe something so simple could make such a huge difference, but it did!
My little one quickly outgrew the pack n play, and only tolerates the swing for maybe 5 minutes. A friend gave me a good sized playpen (about 5x5), but my son didn't seem to like it. I think it was because it made him feel secluded, it had sides on it that were hard for him to see over. THIS however has been a game changer. It has given me so much freedom to do my housework while making sure he's not going to be bonking his head on a hard floor. It's super easy to fold up and to lay down. I've laid in it and rolled around to make sure it would be soft enough and it seems comfortable! For the price I'm debating getting another one to keep on the other side of the house, that being said it's also so easy to move around. It's so worth the price, and has held up against my dogs and cats. It does it's job perfectly. It does collect pet hair but is easily wiped off with a damp towel.

This may was a great price for the size of the mat. The mat can be folded up and comes with a carrying case for ease of travel. It is lightweight and thin, but still provides enough cushion for play. There is no offending chemical or plastic smell, which was greatly appreciated. The mat is double sided with two different pictures, and has the alphabet and numbers all along the surface of the mat. The material is water resistant. The material is easily damaged by animal nails or other sharper objects that are similar, but for the purpose of a floor mat, you expect some wear and tear. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase and would purchase this mat again in the future if needed.
