5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome little stroller for Spica Cast
Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2022
First of all, I would like to preface this with “I do NOT use this stroller as intended all the time, and anything I do I take full responsibility for in the safety of my child”.

This stroller has been incredible for our family and my daughter while she spends 6 weeks in a hip spica cast. The straps are incredibly long and adjustable and they fit around her even with her sitting all the way forward to allow her legs to not have too much pressure on them while sitting. The wrap around bar and low profile seat is great for having room around her for her cast yet still keep her from tipping sideways since she is tippy from the weight of the cast. I love that you can unhook the bar from both the front and back to lift it over her head so I can lift her out easily. Technically you shouldn’t use the seat without the wrap around bar, but, I have and I do. Only when she’s sitting at a table at home playing and the breaks are on. Otherwise, it is a bit unstable, but so long as I’m supervising, we’ve had no issues. It’s got a very sturdy backrest for what it is and it’s been great for my daughters continued independence and playtime. I also bought the add-on connector bar and love it. It’s been so nice to attach to my younger daughters stroller and to a shopping cart at the store. It’s made life so much easier to go out and about and not confine my daughter to home for nearly 2 months. She can still easily go to therapy, the museum, sit at a restaurant, etc because I don’t have to deal with an overly heavy wheelchair to get in and out of our car and try to navigate that and my other daughters stroller together.

It’s very light weight and folds down small, however the folding mechanism is a bit cumbersome to use to put it away. It’s finicky and hard to engage. Opening it is a breeze though, it pops up quickly and securely, often I don’t even bother folding it down, I just throw it in the car with the handle pushed down. I love the rider option with the T bar and no backrest, both of my girls can get in and out of it, even my daughter with her prosthetic leg on (before she got her cast). You do have to be careful and watch your kids when doing this, the stroller can absolutely and easily tip over if you aren’t holding it steady. I would say this is not a stroller for you if your kids are a bit too wild and like to throw their weight around. Overall though, I love this stroller, I know we will use it for a very long time because it’s great for giving my disabled daughter a spot to rest when she gets tired from her prosthetic, and we will use it again next year when she is in her spica cast again. If you’re looking for a way to avoid using a pediatric wheelchair and keep some independence, this stroller could definitely be the one for you, so long as you use caution, common sense, and ingenuity.

5.0 out of 5 stars Agile, compact, lightweight travel stroller
Reviewed in the United States on May 20, 2024
I saw a dad pushing his older (4+) kid sitting in one of these Dream On Me coaster strollers in the NYC subway, and immediately wanted to get one for my kid (who is almost 3). My son can outrun me and loves to walk, but after 5-10 minutes of walking, he wants me to carry him. I'm not gonna carry his 30+ pounds for hours in a park or when on a trip. So this thing. It assembled fairly quickly without any tools. And when assembled it's fairly sturdy (not anywhere as stable as a full sized stroller, but plenty stable enough given what it is). Folding is tricky and I don't fold it down usually just push down the handlebar. It doesn't come with any accessories so get at least a cup holder for the handlebar. Pushing it around is a breeze, it handles smoothly on all surfaces and pushes better than my much more expensive Thule Spring stroller. I'm using it with the full wraparound bar and seat as my kid isn't quite 3 years old. Later I'll remove the seat and maybe swap the roll cage for the T bar. I expect I can use this at least until he's 5 and probably beyond in the T bar setup. A+

I keep this in my car for my 2 year old when I just need a quick stroller. Small, compact, but good quality and easy to push. Light weight and son loves it.

4.0 out of 5 stars for your independent toddler

This is NOT a full time, everyday, only stroller you’ll ever own that can even go off roading....it isn’t. And I don’t feel like it’s meant to be.

What it is is a great travel stroller that folds and unfolds quickly. It is a fun way to get your feeling a little too independent toddler to ride. It is a great way to have an older child tag along.

What I mainly use it for it is absolutely perfect for. My 2 year old is tall, he’s resistant to the cart and his legs are long for the cart. I pop this out of the trunk and put him in. I wheel him up to the store and then I use the stroller attachment bar to attach it to the grocery cart. It is so much easier to steer the cart than expected. It has not expanded the turning radius a lot and the push is like it’s barely there.

This also comes in really handy when I have my niece and there are no double carts, I can put her in the cart and my son in this.

I also use this for my older son on the stroller if he gets tired. Or I can make my double stroller a triple with this. Or I can attach it to my wagon.

As a stroller it feels slightly flimsy but I have found it to be sturdy. It rolls way smoother than I expected. The pieces are easy to attach and detach, albeit attaching the taller seat is tedious with many snaps. The seat is not very padded so wouldn’t be great for all day long. It doesn’t have a lot of support so wouldn’t be great for babies. But it is awesome for toddlers. My son loves holding onto the handle like he’s driving instead of sitting in a baby stroller.

As an attachment it works well and seems pretty sturdy. We did have it too but that was while going downhill on an angle to the side when we hit a bump (outside) so this is definitely more for flatter surfaces. It attaches via velcro but it is a sturdy attachment and steers and rolls nicely on everything we’ve tried.

It really is a niche product but once that is such a great idea.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for older kids at amusement parks!

Used this for a week in Orlando at the parks for our 5.5 yr old. She’s way outgrown regular strollers but would never have been able to do 5 days of walking miles and miles esp in the evenings. We exceeded the recommended height and weight limit but it wasn’t a problem - stroller held up. It also is so compact and has a tight turn radius we were even able to weave through food lines with it. When folded it fits in an airplane overhead compartment so we just walked on the plane with it in hand and then had it for our late layover. We bought an attachable water bottle holder which was nice to have.

I can’t recommend it enough if you find you need wheels but for a big kid. My 11 year old even rode in it briefly when he was really tired and his foot hurt at the end of the night once.

The cost was way cheaper than renting a stroller at the parks that would have been awkward in size for her.
