5.0 out of 5 stars Best value/ overall an excellent stroller
Reviewed in the United States on September 21, 2020
I did a lot of research and comparison before buying, and after using it daily for a few weeks I can say I’m very pleased with this purchase. I’ve had quite a few strollers over the years, and I’d be happy with it even if it had cost a bit more - but ESPECIALLY considering the low price, this is definitely 5 stars for the value.

Here’s what I like about it, and why I chose it:

1. Price! Frankly, I could afford to buy a much fancier combo, but experience (I’ve got kids ranging from zero to 9) tells me that you don’t need a stroller like this for that long. In a year or two I’m much more likely to reach for my city mini when taking my two youngest for a long walk or a trip to an outdoor event, etc. The main purpose of this stroller is to use for errands and grocery runs, not for heavy duty long time use. Doesn’t make sense to splurge.

2. I love that it comes with the car seat and base, and requires no adapters.

3. It is surprisingly agile, like a much more expensive stroller, and can be easily maneuvered with one hand.

4. Great cup holder and good sized basket.

5. Pretty lightweight, and doesn’t take up as much space as a “full” double stroller. I didn’t want a full 2 seater bc A) they’re huge and heavy and B) toddlers usually want to walk anyway. The little jump seat and standing board are perfect to be able to contain a toddler or give them a place to rest when tired, without being an enormous double.

Here are a few drawbacks or design flaws, none of which cause me any serious problems:

1. My toddler sometimes reaches his foot out and steps on the brakes. I’m teaching him not to do this. Still, the brakes are easy to engage and easy to lift and are well placed for convenience, so I’m not sure where else they would put them. I think it’s just a thing you have to discourage your kid from doing.

2. The canopy/shade could be a little better. It works great for giving full coverage to the baby carrier, but can’t really cover both children fully. Still, even my more expensive strollers fail to cover 100% (feet and legs are left exposed) so this is nothing new. I toss 2 cheap ponchos under all my strollers so if we get caught In the rain, I have one to wear and one to drape over the stroller. This has worked out great for years.

3. It’s not a super smooth one-hand fold, as you can start the fold with one hand but you kind of need to use your other hand to yank it all the way closed. Really not a big deal.

All in all, very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Favorite Stroller Purchase!

I have a 5yr old and a toddler, and all my mamas know that the oldest will not want to walk at some point LOL. With that being said, this stroller was a great purchase for our trip to Disney, and in general.

My toddler had no problem with being buckled in in the front seat, and enjoyed snacks from the snack tray. The stroller was most convenient for my oldest to get in and out of. My oldest enjoys walking alongside us, and of course she gets tired of walking for certain amount of time. The ONE thing I would say is to warn your oldest (when sitting in the back and buckled in) when you’re going to push the stroller because my oldest would forget to hold on and would almost fall out.

Overall, this stroller is easy to maneuver, easy to collapse, and carry into the trunk of my SUV. The underneath compartment is easily accessible from both the front and back of the stroller. The canopy/shade covers both passengers, and is adjustable. But my favorite part about the stroller is the double cup holders. I love having my coffee and/or my kids water bottles accessible to me instead of digging through the storage underneath.

One thing I wish was that I had found this stroller sooner!! Definitely a favorite purchase of mine.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good price and great for siblings of different weights and sizes

Easier to maneuver than the Joovy at half the price. Also taller hood. Sturdier due to curved alloys and center of gravity is concentrated in the middle vs other sit and stands.

American brand prams and strollers are cheaper and more functional than UK/EU double prams/stroller. Quality is good as well. Better choices for children of a bigger age gap.

First born is a tall, heavy 4 yo and 2nd born is a skinny 2 yo.

Arrived in UK in a week.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great stroller for a older baby (6 months and up) and toddler/child
Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2023
I have a 8 month old and 4.5 year old. I was looking for a stoller that could accommodate both of them. I tried the Baby trend sit and stand double, and it's too big to fit in my trunk, Honda accord, it fits but barely. This SnS shopper fits perfectly, it's about 1 foot smaller.

This stroller also pushes a lot smoother than the other double. I'm 5'3" and the handles come up to middle/upper torso. The canopy covers both sitting areas and the storage basket is a lot larger than I expected. The only issue I can see is that when the child is in the rear sitting position, they can push the front seat forward as it doesn't lock in place. And as mentioned in some of the other reviews, if the front seat is reclined (which reclines fairly far, see picture) the child won't be able to sit, most likely only can stand. Assembly was easy. Its not as heavy, but also not super light. Unlocking the stroller to open was finicky, but once I figured out you have to make sure it goes fully off the lock, it opened easily. Folding is just at easy, but need to make sure canopy is pushed all the way forward as the instructions imply. I haven't had the chance to actual use it besides pushing up and down the driveway. But so far I like it. I would normally just use the umbrella stroller, but my oldest is a little jealous when she can't also ride in the stroller, so this was the fix. And I think this will come in handy for long walking trips.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Stroller
Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2024
Purchased as a travel stroller for my infant and toddler. It is light weight (in comparison to our single seat jogger stroller), folds easily, narrow for doorways and sidewalks, greay storage, and handles well. We've used it walking around the New Orleans French Quarter and in the airport. Only 2 complaints: 1. doesn't go up/over larger bumps well, i.e. taller curbs. 2. When my toddlee is sleepy she can't take a snoozer in the back easily. Overall, our family is very happy with this stroller.
