This is absolutely comfortable, it’s firm and soft lol at the same time and it’s very supportive. You can adjust it like you want, it even relieves my back pain! I’m not pregnant but I wanted it simply because it’s a very big comfy pillow

*In this picture I have a regular pillow sitting over top the pregnancy pillow for extra support, but it’s not essential!*

Firstly - I was worried that the filling wasn’t going to be full/plump enough for me, but after running it through the dryer (without heat) a few times with some dryer balls and letting it sit at least 48 hours without use, it has continued to remain supportive and plump. It’s not too firm, not too soft. I’ve used it every night for over a month now and it’s still so plump!

Second - The cooling fabric material is wonderful for hot sleepers such as myself. It has not cause me to sweat even once!

Finally - This has been such a lifesaver for me. I’ve been able to get the pelvic support I needed for a good night’s rest (with either side wedged between my thighs). Plus, it’s so nice to be able to hug one of the sides as well. It’s so comforting and cocoon-like.

UPDATE: The pillowcase material washes very well (I did not run it through the dryer - just hung dry). The pillow is still so plump and comfortable as well. It was absolutely worth the money!

Five stars!! Very happy with this purchase.

LOVE THIS PILLOW. I’m 5’3” and 21 weeks pregnant. I started using this at about 14 weeks to get used to sleeping on my side. It has reduced back pain, is thick and very comfortable, and keeps me in place all night. I can also use this on the couch as a back support pillow. The cover comes off and can be washed. It’s a jersey cotton material, and very soft. I don’t feel too hot at night with it either. 10/10 recommend!

You have never experienced true comfort and relaxation if you have not gotten one of these yet. Perfect for side sleepers, amazing pain relief, keeps you in one comfortable position all night if you're a toss and turn type sleeper. I got this right before having abdominal surgery so I could sleep comfortably on my back and it is one of the best purchases I have made in my entire life. I got two more immediately after for family members. Truly the best quality of life improvement I have made in decades.

I’m currently only 6w 3d with my second pregnancy/baby. I already have back problems, and as with my first as well, they worsen immediately with pregnancy for me. I ordered a different brand of maternity pillow with my first (which was more costly btw) and did not help for me personally whatsoever, therefore I didn’t even use it. I figured with this pregnancy I would give it another try. I bought the mom cozy brand and just got it in a few days ago. When I say, the biggest difference???? The quality, the comfort, the relief. Got this in my second trimester and I’m just entering my third, so I can’t say how it works with a huge belly. But so far I’ve loved it. We have a queen sized bed and my husband doesn’t feel too crowded with the pillow in our bed, he just can’t really reach me when I’m in it. The pillow itself does feel a bit stiff rather than firm, so it sometimes makes my neck a bit sore or hurts my ears. But the shape is very comfortable and supportive. I typically roll over throughout the night and it’s still comfortable when I am facing the wrong way.
