    You don't have to be pregnant to love this pillow (however, I wish I had one when I was pregnant).

    I bought this pillow because I have back and neck problems and I often wake up feeling stiff, uncomfortable, and have a lot of pain in the mornings. I also have nerve damage from multiple upper body injuries and I often have a very hard time getting to sleep/finding a comfortable position due to tingling and numbness in my hands and arms. My husband suggested a body pillow to help relieve pressure points and after a month of researching various products I finally decided on the Pharmedoc full sized body pillow.

    I purchased the Jumbo Gray U-Shape pillow (not detachable) and it arrived yesterday. I opened the vacuum packed pillow and allowed it to expand and rest for several hours before trying it out. I slept on it last night and got one of the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. I got comfortable quickly, fell asleep quickly, slept all the way through the night without tossing and turning, and I woke this morning without any soreness, stiffness or pain. Absolutely amazing!!

    Obviously I haven't used this product much yet, but here is my pro/con list so far. Mostly pros. The cons are honestly more preferences rather than true problems with the product.

    Pros:
    -Size is perfect for me (I am 5' tall and weigh 132 lbs) and seems to be versatile as my husband and daughter have both laid on it and like the size as well.
    -Soft, comfortable fabric, not too hot either.
    -Washable cover.
    -Versatile positioning - I am a side sleeper, but also spent some time lounging on my back on this pillow before bed and I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep while on my back. It can also be positioned so that you can sit with it wrapped around you, kind of like a bean bag chair. You need something like a wall or couch arm behind you to prop up on, but very, very comfortable for sitting/lounging in bed (which I am very fond of doing in the evening).
    -Stuffing can be accessed by removing the cover and unzipping the internal pillow which would allow the stuffing to be changed, added to, or reduced.

    Cons:
    -I think I might have liked the detachable pillow a little more because it has a built in space for your arm when sleeping on your side and you have a little more control over the size of the detachable pillow.
    -My husband and I share a queen size bed and the jumbo sized pillow does crowd his side of the bed a little bit (however, this is no fault of the manufacturer, I knew the measurements when I bought it).
    -I am not sure how well the stuffing will hold up in the long run, it feels like it may breakdown over time. I may consider replacing the stuffing with shredded memory foam at some point in the future.

    I recently purchased the Pharmedoc Pregnancy Pillow, and it’s been a game changer for my sleep! The firmness is just right—supportive without being too hard. I also love that it maintains a comfortable heat level throughout the night, so I don’t wake up feeling too hot. This pillow provides excellent pain relief, especially for my back and hips during pregnancy. The size is generous, making it easy to find a comfortable position whether I’m on my side or back. It works well for both sleep and relaxation, and I’ve found myself using it during the day as well. Plus, the softness of the jersey cover feels great against my skin. Overall, this pillow is a must-have for anyone looking for comfort during pregnancy!

    This pillow is absolutely amazing ! It keeps cool and is very versatile as the one part comes off of it. It's also very maluable so you can position it as you want. This is a grea pregnancy pillow but also a regular pillow to watch TV or just be more comfortable. The material is nice and cool and it is soft but also firm.
    10/10 highly reccomend and would purchase again. The cover is also washable ???? and the coldness helps when you have a migraine

    This pillow has been so helpful during my pregnancy, offering great support for my back and hips. The shape makes it easy to adjust for different sleeping positions, and it significantly improves comfort. My only issue is that the filling could be a bit firmer, it wasn't pre filled as much as I anticipated. Still, it’s a great product that has made sleeping much easier overall!

    Now at 15 weeks pregnant, I’ve been using this pregnancy pillow daily, and it’s been amazing! The fit is perfect for my body size—not too bulky but still providing great support. I was struggling with sleep due to discomfort, but this pillow helps a lot with pain relief in my back and legs.

    The pillow is just the right firmness—soft enough to be cozy but firm enough to give solid support, which I love. It’s also surprisingly sturdy despite being compact. Plus, it’s easy to adjust and position, making it very easy to use. When I need to move it from the bed to the couch, it’s light and easy to handle, which adds to its ease of transport.

    If you’re looking for a supportive pregnancy pillow that doesn’t take up the entire bed, this one is perfect!
