I received the full set of colors. The first picture with the ring is the day after application, the second picture as 6 days later. I have slight chipping on my middle finger on my right hand, but I think that's because I painted too close to my cuticle. These are MUCH longer lasting than regular polish. I purchased this set because I got my nails done at a salon with gel polish, and most came off 3 days later. I was in the pool and braided hair, but I still did not expect it to come off so fast after being professionally done.

I cleaned my cuticles and buffed my nail. I would suggest to not paint too high up and make sure your nails are clean and dry. You need a UV light which is not included in this set.
I purchased one for $10. The purple on my pinky's was from the salon, and that peeled after 5 days, so I did the pink/blue. The other fingers i tried to do a glitter ombre lol. I really liked how my nails turned out. Much easier to use than acrylic. I actually look forward to doing my nails now since I know they will last.

The bottles are small, but honestly it's better for me because I have never finished a bottle of polish before it went bad.

I am absolutely so happy with this product! This is my first purchase from the “Beetles” polish brand. The packaging is neat and compact. The polishes come in their own little plastic organizer which is nice, sturdy and perfect to carry around or have on any surface. The Base and Top gel bottles are larger than the color bottles which is very convenient because you need more than a small bottle for all of the polishes this set comes with. The box says to apply 2-3 coats of color when doing your nails so I was a bit worried that the polish would be very light and transparent but the pigment is amazing! You can see it’s great quality once you open up the bottle and see the rich colors. The brushes on the bottles are very nice as well! Although the bottles of color are smaller the brushes are not small, they’re a great size and pick up a lot of product! They dry very quickly underneath the UV nail lamp and cause no bubbles. Unlike some polishes that sting or hurt under the lamp, this polish had no pain effect on my nails! My pedicure looks as if I had it done at the Solon, this is definitely great Salon-like quality!

This is a great kit, so many colors, stickers, and parts. I couldn't find any instructions for the palettes so just painted them like regular nails. Each one has the glitter topcoat on the end, matte topcoat in the middle and gloss topcoat where the "nail" meets the palette. I am a little underwhelmed by the glitter topcoat. The pictures on site looked like they had a lot more sparkle.

Love the cat eye gels, they are super pretty! The bottles are super small though. Also the dark green color would not cure for the life of me and i know it’s not my light.

I absolutely love Beetles brand of nail polish, ESPECIALLY this set! These colors are so brilliant and bold. I was curious at first about the matte finish, and personally I am not really a fan, but my girls said they were pretty. I am glad I had a UV light on hand because I do not recall reading that that would be necessary (although I am learning that with gel it's pretty much assumed), but regardless the over all finish was very strong and sturdy, it does not chip (so long as each layer is dry before the next layer is applied) and the color has lasted for several days and still holding strong, with not a single smug to show! I am new to the whole 'gel nail' world and this set made it fun and less intimidating than I had anticipated. "Beetles" for the Win. Thanks ya'll!!

As a nail tech, I can say that this is a wonderful product. Going on day 6 of my first gel manicure and not one chip, no lifting either. Getting my nails done was costing too much $$$ this is a great way to look fabulous and save a buck :)

I really loved this kit, it comes with so many nice colors & all of the extra tools & art options are great as well! But I’ve recently developed an allergy to this polish. I know I’ve seen people suggest it being dermatitis but after doing research many people have experienced these reactions with this Beetles brand. Fingers itching like crazy, swollen nail beds, redness, and the tips of my fingers actually hurt. I’ve used PLENTY of DIY gel polish brands over the years and never had something like this. I couldn’t figure out what was causing it until I redid my nails & the reaction happened again. It’s super unfortunate, I’m not allergic to anything so I’m not sure what kind of chemicals are in this brand but obviously if MULTIPLE people are saying the same symptoms are happening to them with this specific brand, something isn’t right. Maybe it’s a user error? I use the light that came with the kit so I’d assume it’s strong enough to cure the polish. Unfortunate because I do love the product other wise but can’t even use it now.
