My eight year old granddaughter loves doing hair. She wanted a doll head, so she could comb, braid, apply gel and hair, and wash to her liking. When we saw this on our search for doll heads she chose this one. I was surprised, because it wasn’t a baby doll head. She was excited about it. It arrived three days before her 8th birthday and she loves it. The clamp to attached and hold the head while she style it is the best. She spends hours on it just doing hair. This doll head is a hit in our home. The hair is easy to comb and the realness of the hair is amazing.

I bought this braiding doll head to help me learn how and to practice braiding on my kids. The braiding head has a lot of shedding when brushing/combing. Extremely hard to part since the spacing between each hair follicle is so large. I even try holding the hair apart with hair ties, and no help. I honestly gave up on using this doll. Instead I resorted to continue watching braiding videos and practicing on my toddler (who can't sit still for more than 2 minutes at a time, much less let Mommy play in her hair). My old Bratz braiding doll head was better than this product.
