    The immediate relief I felt surprised me, but what really overwhelmed me was that when deep healing came over the next hours and days. It is also a true and permanent healing, not just a temporary effect that you discover has vanished by the time the cream has worn off and your condition is as bad as ever.

    I had had no idea that my skin was that bad. Now I have something to compare it to, comfortable, supple, smooth, beautiful skin. I use it on my palms, too, and work it into the fingertips. It is not greasy, so I can touch and use things after the cream has been worked in. It felt so grand that I kept on going over the wrists, up the forearms and as far up as I could push my sleeves.

    I use this brand for the lip repair, and came across this hand repair product while shopping. I just love Amazon for the reviewers and Amazon's review policy and for finding things I didn't even know could improve my life.

    I am looking forward to seeing how my skin heals over the next weeks with daily/nightly application of this cream. I had a loyalty to another brand that I had been using for years, but it only took me to a lower level of healing, which I thought was the best improvement I could hope for. I wear gloves to protect my hands in outdoor work, to protect from water and chemicals, from abrasion, but my skin was needing something that it wasn't getting that this cream provided.

    "Hands Down" the best for dry, cracked hands. I do woodworking and my hands get so dry and start cracking after a week, this cream stops the problem cold! I apply it at bedtime at least 3x a week and no more cracking and minimal dryness.

    Every year without failure, my hands get bloody and so dry it's painful. I've never had luck with any lotions and I HATE the oily feeling of lotions that eventually washes off anyway. Working hands SAVED MY HANDS. I now have soft feminine hands again during the Winter. There's no after oily feeling and it stays even when washing my hands throughout the day. I give this A+

    I have had problems with dry, cracked skin on my hands for years, especially during the winter. Other over-the-counter moisturizing creams and lotions and balms did not work. This cream worked almost immediately. It only takes a little bit to moisturize your hands, and so it lasts a long time. I put it on in the morning and after washing dishes. If it is not greasy at all, and if you don’t put on too much, it is not sticky either. My skin no longer cracks in the winter, and I couldn’t be happier.

    O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream is a game-changer for anyone struggling with dry, cracked hands. I've tried countless hand creams in the past, but none have compared to the relief and repair this product provides. With just a small amount, my hands instantly feel softer and more hydrated. The cream is thick but absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue behind. Scent is truly unscented.

    Let me tell you something. This stuff is the real deal and is worth every penny. My hands before using this product looked like something out of a zombie horror movie or video game. I tried goldbond and other moisterizers and nothing ever helped. I was suffering from dry hands for years. Flaky and painful and horrible looking, I knew after years of suffering that there had to be a way to make my hands better. The dermetologist I went to in 2023 reconmended this for my hands and let me tell you, using this product twice a day for a week, I immediatly had full clear hands and my hands have never dried up as severe as they were before using this product.

    My son was also suffering this winter from dry hands and they looked just as bad as mine did and now they are clear t in a week also.

    I would never buy anything that relates to curing or helping dry skin other than this product and brand ever again.
