This has literally changed the texture of my skin much for the better. I've been using it almost daily for about six weeks. As long as you keep the lightest of pressure it works fantastic! If you are too vigorous, the silicone bristles stress and bend, which take away from the exfoliating benefit. The idea is to have the gentle silicone bristles remain in an erect position as they glide over your skin and exfoliate with sharp angles. The bristles fail if you apply too much force and it becomes like a massage (which actually may be a good safety benefit from rubbing your skin raw; better for diabetics). I also think it's phenomenal for circulation. Not only has my skin texture become much smoother, it has helped my skin tone. I have very fair skin and it gets mottled with temp changes easily. With this silicone body brush my skin looks notably younger, smoother, and more even toned by spending an extra three or four minutes into shower with minimal exertion. I do moisturize after I get out of the shower but the difference is very noticable with using this silicone body brush. Before I started using this I noticed my skin mostly looked old, ashy, and crepe. Using this body brush is invigorating (as long as you don't use too much pressure). I am seeing major benefits by continuing to use it. I would definitely recommend this.

I'll start by saying this is a wonderful product. It gets the skin well-exfoliated, and isn't a consumable that generates waste or has to be replaced/refilled very often. I used to get tons of ingrown hairs whether shaving or waxing, since I started using this, I haven't seen a single ingrown hair after epilating for a few months (also highly recommend over shaving and waxing! It's cheaper, lasts longer, and doesn't produce any waste!).

Now, the things that could use some improvement:
- The design traps water between the brush and the handle, and it's a pain to take it apart without a blunt tool. You might not have to clean it super often, but if you use it in the shower or bath, it needs to be cleaned a little more regularly so that you don't have stagnant water hanging out inside the handle. I'm planning to drill a few holes in the back to let it drain on its own.
- The bristles are STIFF! I get that it needs to be stiff to exfoliate well, but it was very painful when I first started using it, but I found that there are a few tricks to help make it hurt a little less. Run the brush on the skin in the same direction as the long-axis of the brush, not the short-axis. The bristles bend a little easier that way. Also, it's easier to use it on plain wet skin than on dry skin or wet skin with soap/bath gel/etc. The slight friction keeps the bristles bent just right amount to not hurt but still work.

Brush is not pictured with hideous logo in photos. I wish these brands would realize that not everyone wants your logo on a product their purchasing. Images were intentionally depicted without showing the other side of brush. If the brand is proud to have their logo showcased, then why deviously not display it in the photos?

Tried removing the logo with nail polish remover, ended up ruining the finish of the brush (obviously of my own volition). Ended up trashing the brush and ordering another one with no brand.

As far as the quality of the brush, it’s great! Superior quality than others I’ve tried. These kind of brushes really do a good job at exfoliating. After continued use, the blackheads that you don’t immediately remove in the shower will come to the surface, due to removing the dead layers of skin.

If the logo doesn’t bother you, I’d recommend.

Not all these brushes that look exactly alike, are the same! Because of a weird hair condition that happened to me, I have become a PhD on how to deal with it, and what products work, or don't.

Although this brush looks like two others I purchased, the bristles make it entirely different and entirely worthwhile! I took a chance when I ordered this, hoping that it might be this way, and I am so glad I did!

The bristles on the three different brushes all have the same idea as how they benefit. Hair is way tougher than we could ever imagine. It's amazing how you can shave it, brush it with bristles, and do all kinds of things to remove it or at least release it from growing under the skin, and have no effect on stubborn hair. The bristles on these brushes are designed to cut through, or break the hair as you rub it around.

The difference is in the stiffness, and how sharp the points are. This brush is substantially softer than the other two. It's still stiff enough with sharp enough tips to do the job. Because it's just a bit softer, more pressure can be applied, and it can remain flat on the skin as it is being moved. This means that those hairs that are the toughest and deeper, the ones that are the problems, can be taken out.

The other brushes are so stiff and pointy, I could not use them on my face unless using really light pressure, with an angle to the bristle. This brush you can put it flat on your scalp or face and rub it around and it is not too sharp or painful. You still have to use reasonable pressure and common sense, but I used this all over my body, and there wasn't any place too sensitive, including my face.

If you are struggling with a hair problem; first my heart goes out to you, I know what it's like. Secondly, this brush is not only worthwhile, it changed my life!

Obviously there are a lot of products to choose from here, and other places that coincide with the use of this brush and to help you deal with what's going on. I have tried a lot of them, and I have some recommendations. There is one product called Tend Skin. It is a great product to dry the hair that is under the skin, and to dry the skin that it is covering the hair so that it will give up. It's about six different kinds of alcohol and it will sting you like alcohol does, but it works tremendously. The balance between drying it out so you can get it to release, has to also include softening the skin and dissolving or softening the hair. There is a product called Vanish pfb that does this. It is a roll-on product, and it will literally melt away dead skin and hair. Both of these products are available in abundance here on Amazon. Best of luck to you, I understand. Jim
