I love this derma roller, and it does a great job, especially when you use a serum afterward! It really is effective, but not painful at all to use. Really glad I found this very useful kit - it's got it all!

My initial intrigue in this product was sparked by curiosity, driven by a skepticism toward the efficacy of collagen-infused products, considering the skin's purported inability to absorb collagen effectively. Three key reservations loomed as I approached this at-home derma roller:
Concerns about potential infections due to the presence of bacteria on the skin.Doubt about the needle length for impactful results. Apprehension regarding visible bleeding dots and their duration.
1. I prioritize cleanliness by employing rubbing alcohol to sterilize the tools and thoroughly cleansing my face beforehand. While using the derma roller during a breakout did result in a few additional pimples, overall, I've experienced no major issues. Adhering to the guideline of avoiding use during active breakouts seems prudent.
2. The needles proved to be smaller and shorter than anticipated, yet they yield noticeable benefits. Post-usage, my skin exudes a radiant glow, suggesting improved blood circulation. Coupled with the use of Eva Naturals Vitamin C clearing serum, which contains retinol, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C, my skin appears healthier, smoother, with diminished lines and scarring. The combined approach seems to deliver more pronounced results.
3. Contrary to concerns, the needles haven't induced visible dots or bleeding. While my face does exhibit redness for a few hours post-use, the discomfort is minimal.

While the scientific rationale resonates with me, the true litmus test lies in observing its effects over the years. Really like this tool. It does help with absorption of the product you use. Took a little to figure out how to change the heads, but it works great.

I want to love this thing. I am so close to giving it five stars. I love the different heads. I love the little compartment for putting the alcohol in to sterilize it. They roll well and feel like they're doing the right thing on my skin. The price is great. Except for one huge problem.

I can't get the head off! The one that it came with already attached won't come off. I've tried for days now. I've tried to jam tweezers and things into the little nub, to push it loose. I've done everything I can, and I'm afraid if I keep trying, I'm going to stab the crap out of myself when my hand slips and hits all those needles. I have wiggled and pushed and pried, and nothing. Not a single hint of a budge.

So to use the other attachments, I have to hold them by their tiny little nub of like an inch, and rub it on my skin. That's a big disappointment. If I could get that part to work, this would be a five-star product without a doubt.

I love all the different changing heads for different areas. I do wish they came with replacements for the smaller one or was possible to order some replacements in bulk so it’s more sanitary since it’s important to use a sanitized one each time especially for your face
