I use different colors for different things. U can research online if ur unsure. Ex:Blue light affects the uppermost layer of your skin.
Yellow light penetrates deeper.
Red light travels further into your skin.
I really have seen results in my skin. U have to commit to 2 to 3 times a week

I purchased it and used it a few times and it stopped working. Thought let me give it another try and exchanged for same item to then use it twice and it doesn’t move from blue light to any other light option. Returning 2 now.

after watching a bunch of videos demonstrating these tools, i think i prefer an option that has more light on the actual face .. this tool seems to only have the led on the sides

Product worked for me at first and I enjoy the red light with heat the best! But after 2 times the device no longer works even after a full charge. Waste of money, unfortunately. Returning.
