**If you have actual nail fungus this review is not for you***

I couldn't be more happy with this product. I have had slightly discolored nails for years (not fungal) but a light yellow haze that was obvious in sunlight and nails with weird ridges. I have only purchased 1 bottle and everything is PERFECT now. I still have like 1/3 bottle left. I followed the directions of twice a day for 2 weeks then once a day and the yellow haze and ridges are GONE. My nails are perfect now and i couldn't be happier. Since i do have a job that i stand/run all day, i continue to use this once a week after a shower for maintenance. Easy to apply and has a paint brush just like nail polish!

So for the past 6 or 7 years I've been dealing with issues with my thumbnails. I tried a few other products that did not work. I saw the reviews on this one and figured I'd give it a try. I have no words for how happy this has made me. My biggest insecurity are my thumbs and over the course of using this for a week, they are the closest to looking normal as I've seen them in years. Can't wait To see what they look like in a month. I would recommend using this ASAP. I am still insecure about my nails but progress pictures always help, So I will post mine for that reason alone.

There are choices of this type of item that cost less but this one is working better. The less expensive ones do not work at all and have too small a surface. The best price with shipping is still through Amazon .

You must be consistent. You have to make sure that you're trimming and filing your nails regularly along with using this product at least once a day.I find myself still using it twice a day when I remember.

With Kerasal you really need to read the label carefully as all of their products have a picture of a toe nail on them. This can be misleading as some of their products are not for nail application, yet the photo shows a toe nail on the box. Read the fine print. That said, this product is for direct application to your nail and this stuff really works. Buy with confidence.

I am a chronic nail biter/picker due to anxiety. I'm slowly starting to try to turn around my nail healthy, particularly on my thumbnails. My thumbnails are uneven, have lines and are just overall not a pretty sight to look at! In an effort to improve my nails, I decided to give these patches a shot.

They're kind of like a large bandage that goes around the tip of your finger. I'm not really a huge fan of the application process of these patches. Firstly, there's a lot of plastic waste involved. Also, I can never get the tips at the top of the patch to stay down, the adhesive doesn't seem to be strong enough. I woke up a few times where the patch had completely come off my thumb. I feel like maybe a "sleeve" type application would be easier, or maybe a gel that I could cover with my own bandages.

That being said, I did actually see results after the first application. My raw, disgusting looking thumbnails had become a little bit smoother. After a few nights of using these patches just on my thumb nails, they definitely look noticeably better. The packaging suggests to use the patches for 3-6 months for severely damaged nails, which seems like it'd be pricey if you were using these every day on multiple nails.

Overall, I'd recommend these patches if you have some moderate nail damage and don't mind wearing a bandage on your fingertips for up to 8 hours, otherwise I feel like there are probably more cost-effective options out there for severe nail damage.
