Gentle around my eyes that are sensitive. Does not have an odor. Feels slightly greasy but washes off just fine. Removed makeup adequately.

This remover cleans the eye makeup off without drying out my skin. It's non oily and moisturizes my delicate eye tissue. It doesn't burn my eyes and removes all makeup residue.

I like the Neutrogena waterproof make up remover. I loved the price and originally had bought a Clinique waterproof make up remover from ulta. I chose to use the one I bought from Amazon. It was a great price and takes off my make up with ease. Love this product.

It does work and removed my waterproof mascara that always took forever to wash off with my face wash. However it did have an oily feel even after I rinsed it with water. I washed my face with my face wash and washed away the oily residue so no big deal. I did manage to get some in eye and it did blur my vision a bit but I washed it off and it was fine.

I used Estée Lauder for years but they changed the product. I used Jane Iredale $40 for half the size.
This product goes on smooth and removes makeup with one cotton ball each eye. No rubbing and very smooth.
