Ordered these based off other reviews, they are a thin but soft material. I have been working in massage therapy for over 10 years and have found it difficult to find covers that don't end up tight over the fleece and these are a great loose fit so they go well over my face cradle fleece cover without creating any pressure at the seam for clients.
If you don't have a fleece face cradle cover these would be quite loose and oversized. But they work great for me and I'm very happy with them :) I got the white ones, of which two of them had small yellowing spots on them when they arrived, but they came out easy with stain remover.
