5.0 out of 5 stars Fast Acting!!

Wow guys. WOW. I saw this recommended on tt so so long ago and after maybe a couple of years of sitting in my wishlist, I got it.
I would like to take this opportunity to address some notable points I saw in other people's reviews.
Consistency: yes, it is very thin, however, I do not find this to be an issue. I actually find that it is absorbed by the dead skin much faster than my experience with thicker cuticle removers.
Bottle: to piggyback on the thinness of the product, I have not had the issue of it leaking from the bottle like other people. I can tip my bottle tip down and the liquid only comes out if I squeeze the bottle. My recommendation is to shake the bottle first because the more solid parts of the solution may have settled at the bottom when not in use. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS THE CASE, but it's what I do and I don't have the issue with leakage like others.
Unlike other removers, you do not have to massage this in and let it sit for 5-10+ minutes. I find the effect to be almost immediately after application. Sometimes I will apply on each finger and go back to the first finger and go back down the line with a second drop or two if I feel the skin has absorbed it already or it dried away too much already.
Some tips:
DO use with your hand on top of a paper towel as there may be some dripping of the product. Plus, once you scrape (GENTLY) away the dead skin, you will want something to clean your tool, or whatever you're using to scrape (AGAIN GENTLY, DON'T BE DUMB) away the dead skin.
DON'T scrape your nail plate aggressively when removing the dead skin. I have pulled up tinyyyy and thin strips of the top layer of my nails from being too rough even when I thought I was being gentle.
DO wash this off THOROUGHLY. I'm talking water rinse, then soap, rinse, and if you have a brush, then brush (GENTLY) your cuticle area and under your nail. If you do not wash it all off properly, the residual product can make the area under your nail peely. I don't know if this the left over product or my skin, it does not hurt at all or seem like skin when I have seen this happen, but I just want to put that disclaimer in there.
DO follow up with proper moisturizer and nail oil. There really is no point in doing all this work and then not properly caring for your cuticles and nails because the dryness is what can cause the buildup that you need to remove with this product.
If you're not big on doing or caring for your nails, I wouldn't recommend this. It's a lot of product for someone who will let it sit in a cabinet, but if you do partake in nail care and nails on a daily/regular basis, I would recommend this!

I left another review for the cream product version of this. I prefer this one better. Quick and easy, and no need to rub clumps of weird crap into your nail. Let it sit for a few and then gently push away the dead skin. I like removing the debris with a mani brush.

5.0 out of 5 stars So easy removal

Love how easy my cuticles was able to remove without any harsh scrubbing. My only dislike is the liquid is a bit watery so you need to put something down for the dripping wish it was alittle thicker like cream or paste to stay in place. But overall recommend it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works well but watery

This does get the job done well - but it is very watery. I find thicker/gel type cuticle removers to be easier to get only where needed than this one. I think I will find another container to keep this in, maybe one with a dropper, so it’s easier to use. The skin around my nail does feel a tiny bit irritated for a few minutes with this product- even after washing it off. That is probably due to it being so watery that it gets on live skin and not just the cuticle. 8oz bottle should last me years using it most weeks.

I like the creamy fluid that grabs onto the cuticle and aids in removing overgrowth. Easy on nails and cuticles, but very effective.

I figured this would be a waste of money. The cuticle removers I tried before didnt work. But my scraggly cuticles drive me nuts, even though I soak, push, and trim them regularly. The problem is those little bits of skin that get wedged between the trimmer and the nail bed, impossible to get without digging into the nail. So I end up picking at them constantly, which just makes it worse. But this stuff is great! Here's how it works: First, don't worry about how thin this liquid is when you apply it. It immediately soaks in with a slightly waxy film (I'm not sure what it really is). That film sticks to the cuticle ridge and the thin layers of cuticle growth that cling to the nail itself. So, when you push back the bottom of the nail, everything comes right up off the nail like a little snow shovel, without force or damage. Most of the skin clears away without trimming. Then you just trim whatever left over. Super fast! Then wash your fingers in warm water so that filmy stuff doesn't linger (it's kinda sticky). I'm so glad I tried this stuff! Don't get me wrong. I think the term "cuticle remover" is misleading. It's not supposed to dissolve cuticles for you--that would be dangerous because it could dissolve your fingers, too, if that were the case. On the other hand, you don't want a glorified moisturizer that only softens cuticles. This is completely different. I would call it a "cuticle prep."

The applicator tip that opens and closes is very difficult to pull up. And the liquid is super tiny and will splash if you’re not careful. Otherwise, it works exactly as the description says it does.

I heard about this cuticle remover on YouTube so I decided to give a try and it works really good. I use this on my fingers and toes twice a month. It’s very easy to use just follow the directions.
Good product.
