I got this because I kept seeing it all over tiktok. I love gourmand and sweet/flirty scents, although I’m typically not a fan of chocolate notes in perfume. This perfume smells awesome! It’s exactly like Swiss Miss hot cocoa powder with marshmallows, not heavy- sometimes cloying- rich chocolate. You really only get those two scents, with the faintest whisper of musk. I’d call this a flirty and almost cozy fragrance; wouldn’t say it’s deep or musky enough to be considered sexy.

The sillage and projection of this perfume are both moderate. I could still smell it on mine & my son’s skin for several hours, so the lasting power is nice. However, this perfume leaves the room with you. It doesn’t linger to the point where if you just left a space people would still be smelling your perfume in the air. People also have to be within a foot of you to smell it. If you like to leave a trail of fragrance behind when you’re walking, that is the one drawback of choco musk’s performance. On clothing, it sticks wonderfully. I slept in the same shirt I sprayed it on and still smelled it the next morning. While many people said they prefer to use this perfume for layering, it still smells great on its own, and if you spray it on your clothes rather than solely on your skin, you won’t be disappointed. For layering, it works great with rich but better-projecting vanilla/cake/sugar and even floral scents, so long as they aren’t extreme performance perfumes. Much stronger fragrances seem to overpower it, making layering pointless. I tried blending it with Floral Marshmallow (Love Don’t Be Shy dupe), and because that perfume is so strong, it zapped the chocolate scent away completely.
My son layered it with a spicy/woody cologne, and it smelled amazing. I’d consider this a Unisex sweet perfume.
10/10 recommend, and I will be purchasing it again!

Great vanilla scent

I love this perfume. It smells very good and it is affordable. However, it doesn't smell much like chocolate or like musk so the name is a bit misleading. Initially it very much smells like vanilla essence, which is not a bad scent at all. It's very sweet and inviting. It dries down to a marshmallowy vanilla, with slight hints of chocolate. I have seen people describe it as the smell of cocoa puffs cereal and I think that's pretty accurate. It doesn't project a lot, but it does last a LONG time. On my skin it lasts around 6 hours and on on my clothes it lasts for a couple days. For its price, it's amazing!

So I was a lil hesitant on this purchase because of some of the reviews being slightly negative as well as me being super finicky about the fragrances I wear. I'm happy to say that I'm glad I went ahead with the buy. Firstly it does have a alcohol smell when you spritz the mist but it quickly vanishes/dies down quite nicely after a few seconds. Secondly you get a decent amount for the price. Thirdly I was expecting to receive the travel applicator as pictured for when I'm at work or out but it wasn't in the packaging and I was pretty bummed about that. The fragrance itself smells delicious almost edible. Vanilla notes but with a nice musk to it that makes it sophisticated! It smells sweet but not child like. I pair it with eco Vanilla and Cashmere 24hr moisturizing lotion and it last alllllll day long! Constant compliments throughout the day. You know you smell good when whomever stands next to you just continuously inhales for a period of time. All in all I'd say give it a chance! I will definitely purchase again. Keeping this in my fragrance arsenal for sure! I took off a star because the travel applicator wasn't included as seen in the picture. Packaging of the item was on point!

Long lasting, excellent value for price

(Reviewing Choco musk spray). This smells really pleasant, and it is very long lasting! Could smell it the next day! It is long lasting on the skin, and has not caused any skin irritation. Sometimes the roll-ons from this brand have irritated my skin, but this spray has been fine.

Shipped sooner than expected with no leakage. The bottle is heavy thick glass. Clear bottle, so you can see how much is left. The style of the bottle is comfortable to hold and spray.

As for the scent, it is good. It smells very similar to hot cocoa packets. There's no offensive components to the scent. It's a safe blind buy, as it is so low priced, and even if you don't like it, you can easily find a friend or family member who would! But, I think most people would like this scent unless you hate gourmand fragrances. Frankly, the bottle looks a little generic, and overall the fragrance doesn't have a lot of complexity, but for the price, it's probably better performing than many higher priced products. For me, it is a sentimental scent. I had something very similar in the 1990s. This is also a good one to layer with other scents.

Bottom line: I highly recommend this fragrance, but with one caveat: if you are chemically sensitive (migraines/ eczema) you probably need to avoid any thing by this company.

This has been going some what viral on TikTok. I unfortunately do not smell chocolate like they state. However, I get a smell of vanilla and marshmallow. At first, it smells like straight up alcohol but it eventually sets and smells great! It’s very sweet and long lasting. It’s a great price! 10/10

Not bad, but overhyped

The perfume was delivered today. I bought it after reading the reviews from on Amazon and TikTok. In my opinion it’s overhyped. It doesn’t smell bad though, but I was expecting it to really hit based off the reviews. It’s worth the price. I’ve bought many cheap perfumes that were better than this though. The scent is very light, which in my opinion it would be great to layer with another perfume.. but on the other hand my brother says it’s strong enough to wear as is.. I’ll still wear this, but it definitely won’t be a fav. I’m still thinking about layering it and if I do I’ll update my post!

I didn’t layer it, but I sprayed at night on my sweater while I was in my room just because I wanted to smell it again to see if I really liked it or not. My mom, cousin & her boyfriend came out asking who was baking cookies, they were in a whole other room and the smelled traveled that far without me leaving my room. So I guess it is pretty strong.
