I've been wearing OPI Nail Envy Strengthener for a week. It goes on smooth, and remains clear and glossy. The directions offer the option to apply a coat every day (if you wish). So, that's exactly what I did! For several days I applied a coat, and for the first time ever--the OPI Nil Envy Strengthener protected my nails. I can do dishes in hot sudsy water, and do regular household chores that would have previously resulted in brittle-broken or chipped nails. I'm excited about finding this new product., and have already ordered other OPI Nail Polishes. Worth every penny.

I rarely write product reviews but I feel compelled to explain why this is a great product.
I am an older man who has struggled with fingernail biting my entire life. OPI Nail Envy really helps!
1. It is true matte with a barely noticeable shine. I am old fashioned and would never use a shiny polish. I have tried several other brands that claimed to be matte but they all had a little shine.
2. OPI Nail Envy not only strengthens my nails--it accelerates the healing of my cuticles and skin around my cuticles.
3. IMPORTANT: Be aware of the formula! This is Vegan formula. There is another formula, OPI Nail Envy Original Formula. I tried some and it triggered a severe allergic reaction on my cuticles and skin. Swelling, itchiness, and splits in the skin! Painful and unsightly! I switched back to the Vegan formula and it healed the skin quickly.
I wish I had discovered this product 50 years ago. It would have prevented a lot of embarassment about my nails.

I’ve been obliterating my nails/skin for 47 years. I’ve bitten and picked them (anxiety). This is the only product that can hold my warped nails together and protect them from splits and chips. Easy application/removal. Apply daily, remove every 7 days. There’s hope out there guys- don’t give up!

This product works so well if you follow the directions. If you leave it on your nails for weeks, letting it chip off...you will have the before picture on your nails.
My nails looked amazing! I left them to be amazing...and just forgot about it. After 2 months, my nails are shredded. Good news is, I have this stuff. I just need to follow directions.

This is item I have used before. And it is great, add strength to you nails just follow instructions and it works. I will be ordering more. I thought I could use another brand but it doesn’t work as well

The original nail envy couldn't be beat. It would stay on for two full weeks and I could grow out my natural nails without having to redo my manicure all the time. One coat of Chip Skip, three coats of Nail Envy, three coats of OPI color, and one coat of RapiDry top coat and I was set. I could do just about anything around the house and my nails wouldn't break. They would get so long, people didn't believe my nails were real. This new stuff peels off after about four or five days, even with Chip Skip. Very disappointing. It doesn't adhere to the nail bed the way the old formula did. Instead of long and elegant, my nails are sad and short.
