Almost spent more on a name brand unit, glad I didn't.
Waited to write review, as I expected it to crap out at this price.
I've had it over 2.5 years, it still works great, and the battery is especially impressive. I might charge it once a month, if that.
It doesn't tug or snag hair, it's quiet, and it's efficient.
Highly recommended, has been worth every penny.

Update (6/9/2021): Recently, I was contacted by one of the manufacturer's customer service representatives. They apologized for the issues I had with the trimmer and offered to make the situation right by either fully refunding my purchase or ship a replacement trimmer. They were courteous with me through-and-through so I opted to give the trimmer a second chance. Once they shipped the new trimmer it arrived at my door very quickly (about 2 days)! After a fresh shower I tried out the new trimmer and thankfully was able to get better results. While I can say the new trimmer didn't mangle my nostrils to the point of blood, I did still experience the hair pulling/tugging that I got from the initial trimmer I purchased. Every time a nose hair was plucked my eyes twitched, so at least I got a good laugh out of it. Overall I am pleased that the replacement performed slightly better, but I think the trimmer could use a few improvements. I'm not sure if the problems are within the motor speed or the sharpness of the cutting mechanism (or both), but it needs a little work. The trimmer could also benefit from some better heat dissipation because it heats up QUICK! With the right improvements, this could be one of the best trimmers on Amazon! It cleans nicely and recharging the battery doesn't take long. Where I was impressed here the most was with Cleanfly's customer service. They were very nice and helpful, and really surprised me with how willing they were to give me a brand new one without even asking me to return the first trimmer! Even though my impression of the product has only slightly improved, their customer service totally blew me away. For that reason, I am increasing my 2-star rating to 3-stars but will not be removing my original review, in the interest of transparency.

Original review: I purchased this trimmer about a month ago and haven't got around to using it until just now. While it trimmed my nose up extremely fast, the speed comes at the cost of being rough and painful. During my cleanup, I couldn't stop wincing in agony but I pulled through. When I cleaned up the debris with some tissue paper, I noticed it left my nostrils slightly bloody. I attached a picture for reference, so be warned if you don't like the sight of nose blood. I had already cleaned up most of the blood, but only ended up saving the last tissue for documentation purposes. At least the suffering was quick, I'll give it that!

The nose trimmer sucks. Every time I use it, I get frustrated because it doesn't cut my nose or ear hair. I've tried every which way: spinning, moving in circles, going in and out. Every time I use it, I spend a full minute trying to get it to do anything, only to find myself frustrated.

My old trimmer cut everything in 10 seconds without issue. Not sure what's wrong with this one.

Only redeeming feature is that the edge tool for beards works really well, but that's not what i bought it for.
