Strong and smooth running. Perfect size that fits right in your hand. Adjustable speeds are great with easy trigger pull. Plenty of consistent power. Pretty quiet running, any noise comes from what you’re cutting through.
I purchased the used one that was a great price and have had absolutely no issues or complaints. This thing looks like it just came off the product line. Lives up to the Dremel name through performance and quality. Durable as well. Very happy with saving a few bucks and getting an amazing addition to my tool collection. - NJAGreat value. While this still takes awhile to remove grout, it does about as well as you could expect a tool to do. The variable power is nice, and it seems solidly built.
Got it for a nice price as a refurb unit and it worked well and came with all accessories. It does get hot when used for an extended period of time. But it worked well even in a dusty grout power-in-air environment, so seems robust.
Just wish they’d use a more standard universal fit, as it requires an adaptor to use non-Dremel bits and blades. - TaylorAmazing Like New!I ordered "refurbished" for 1/2 price of new, but what I received looks and works like new! It even came with accessories and storage bag. Works great. Easy to change blades - especially Dremel blades, but aftermarket ones work with the adapter that came with it. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!
- FranklinMust buy!This is a "reconditioned " tool? Looks brand new other than the sticker and "r" branded into the body. Came with everything except the factory box, but about 1/2 the cost!
Nice heavy tool with adjustable speed control. Haven't used it yet,but it is amazingly quiet. Blade change isn't exactly a quick change, but it nice not to fumble with an allen wrench to change attachments. Good tool to have in your arsenal. - RUADOGWALKERSuper handyI really like this tool. I originally bought this to send in a very tight spot and I have come to use this thing constantly it has the ability to work like a power chisel. It can be messy compared to a Nerinx chisel but if you want to clear something out quickly than this does a wonderful job, it also has the ability to work as a drywall saw, which is great if you’ve made a mistake in measuring a sheet of drywall, you can quickly cut it at the site. All in all it was the surprise tool purchase of this year.
