The only downside—and the reason I didn’t give it five stars—is that there’s a noticeable scratch on the back that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. It doesn’t affect how the iPad works, but I do wish they had disclosed it. Transparency matters when buying renewed products.
Other than that, it’s a reliable iPad and functions exactly as it should.
