- SpudhutAlways my favorite Go-To CameraI have been buying Wyze since they started. I have never been disappointed. I have these outside in the weather, they work great. Mine is mounted using magnetic mount. Tough enough to hang-on on heavy weather days.
Camera quality is very good on your phone device or pad. Application is easy download. Setup is very easy, literally a scan and go and your ready to record. Motion trigger is sensitive, picks up everything including the moths (LOL)
I like that it has onboard chip storage for video recordings.
Sound through microphone is solid and when you voice back, it comes out of camera clear
Good value for the money, especially on sale. I highly recommend.
Connectivity to wifi is always good, never an issue as long as your in range. Very reliable
If there is Lag - check your network and connection.
Con: App is great but like other software, you have to subscribe for cloud storage. Not a fan of this. I understand reoccurring revenue is needed, I say, build a superior product and you customers will continue to support. - Mike CBest Wyze cam yet! By far!I have several WYZE cams including the V3 and pan cam v3. This V4 is by far the best of the bunch. It has the clearest picture and better sound. Also when setting it up, you don’t have to scan that wretched QR code. I always hated that. This is SO easy to connect! The spotlight is a great touch and I use it more than I thought I would.
- Barbara LeonardNot HaplyOne of these did not have magnet strips on bottom. Unable to figure out what to use. Seller wanted all my personal information. I refused to give him anymore than I already had due to Amazons policy stated on the return website.
- angelA good security Camera!Wyze has always been worth the price and a good security device to use. I have used their cameras for several years. They are a brand I trust. The night vision works great. If your like me and in a dark area I put nail polish over the security light so it would stay on night vision mode. I turn off the light but did notice that it would still kick on.
