- Kyung Rae KangI was so disappointed.I've already purchased five Eufy products and have been satisfied with them, but this experience is truly unprecedented. The previous product I bought also didn't work, so I requested an exchange. However, this time I received a dirty product that looked nerlike it had already been used. There were traces of tape that had been reapplied. When I took the camera out, the protective film on the camera was sloppily applied, and there were scratches on the camera lens. My first reaction was anger because it didn't look like a new product the moment I opened it. The camera's protective film wasn't even properly in place and was covered in fingerprints and dust. If this is how Eufy products are delivered, I don't want to buy from them again.
- A_Unsub1 of 2 badBought 2. Only set one up worked great. Set the other up 3 months later and it has bad WiFi reception 5 foot from the router or 40 ft. Cant update software because it keeps dropping the signal. But the other works fine. Thats why i gave 3 stars instead of 1.
- M. D.Works wellI have a number of Eufy products at home, and ended up getting a new e-door knob for my new office. Happened on these C220 refurbed cameras for a good price, and decided to give them a shot too. Unlike the Blink cams I have at home, these are able to adjust/pan. Sure, they are much bigger, but now I can see what's happening at my office, from anywhere. Best of all, no need for a monthly subscription fee.
Now I'm considering getting more to replace the Blink cams in my house. - julieSecond time was the charmHad to return the original item but the replacement arrived in much better condition and is working well.
