- Randy BeckerExact replacement that works perfectly and saved me money!My prior unit (installed when the house was built) failed. This was an exact replacement so it required no wiring and could be simply snapped into place. Easily installed and connected to WiFi. The set-up details were completed quickly and I could could access the unit through my computer and my phone app. The schedules were modified to our prior settings in about 2 minutes. The new unit is properly and accurately reporting to the app. This purchase was of renewed device and it arrived with all parts, in perfect condition, saving me at least $75 (not to mention savings by not needing someone to install it.)
- Don ReevesFantastic Wi-Fi thermostat that doesn't spy on youI've had two of these refurbished thermostats for almost two years at my house and three additional thermostats at a different property with zero issues. They are well designed, full of features you need and most importantly unlike other Wi-Fi thermostats are not listening to you and reporting your data to the manufacturer. Honeywell is not in the consumer big data business, they don't collect your data and sell it. The App works really well on iOS, its very infrequent that it won't connect to the units and if that happens its temporary. You can setup different locations for multiple properties. This model is one of only a few out there that can control both a whole house dehumidifier and a heat pump. Most Wi-Fi thermostats will control one of those but not both. I hope Honeywell continues to make this model for years to come.

- Brian D.More complicated; however, more capable.These Wi-Fi thermostats replaced old thermostats in a multi fuel and multi zoned HVAC system (heat pump and gas furnace). By far, in my opinion, the most capable Wi-Fi thermostat available for this type of HVAC system albeit a bit more difficult to install..
