The first I ordered sometime ago, one of the buttons feels like you have to press harder, and sometimes a light tap doesn't register, this is why I purchased this controller a second time. Thankfully this time, no complaints, item came as listed.

- Max KrutchkoffController was sent broken and quickly got worse over time.I ordered this product around 2 months ago, seeing that it was slightly cheaper than a brand-new Elite Controller. When it arrived, the controller was covered in a layer of dirt and grime and came with none of the Xbox Elite accessories. The first thing I noticed regarding gameplay was a (semi) unresponsive Y button. 2 weeks into usage, it quickly got worse. The LB button became unresponsive, and the controller developed stick drift in both joysticks. I deeply regret spending the amount of money that I did on this heavily used controller, and my money would've been much better spent on a brand new one. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

But make sure you get the insurance for it trust me you'll be happy you did - Lou CookNoise in D-pad but good controller for the cost.Nice controller, but, the D-Pad is noisy. Makes a clicking sound in 2 directions, when touched.
