My family loves to play games together given we're spread across the US. While visiting Las Vegas, I left it at the Luxor and was (I'm assuming) stolen by the cleaners. As it was there when we left for the day but gone when we arrived back. The airtag that I had in the case was removed and left nicely on the desk. Other than that, I didn't have any problems with it.

- Aaron DunnuckGlitches within hours of playPurchased on September 15th for christmas. When I received the product it turned on and linked to our online account fine. Turned it off and wrapped it for christmas.
Return window closes December 15th.
Open on christmas....plays for about an hour and stops working. Take it to a licensed fixer and it is diagnosed as having a burnt motherboard. So basically, over $150 spent on a product that cannot be returned, cannot be used by my kid, and cannot be fixed.

Also the charger is a dud, I had to use my type c iPhone charger to charge it.
